The staff genuinely cares for animals and has great bedside manner. The vets do a great job of explaining everything and take their time answering questions. They are empathetic, pragmatic, and flexible in addressing the needs of both the pet and the owner. Clients have expressed that their pets are in the best possible hands at this hospital, even during the difficult experience of having to put down a beloved pet. The front desk are Professional, patient, calm and kind. The doctors have always been very caring about fur babies continuing health issues and take the time to answer all questions. The techs are always very attentive to care of cats. The entire staff was very kind and friendly. The doctors took excellent care of pets and are knowledgeable veterinarians. The staff gave loving care and the price for all the healthcare was quite reasonable.

I feel like they are a bit pricey, especially when it comes to bloodwork. But they are thurrow and always there when you need them. My family has been using them since my wife was a child.

Very happy with their services. My cat had to have dental work done and she was taken care of very well. Friendly staff and Diognostics was excellent. It’s been about 5 days and my cat is doing great.

Awesome doctors and staff. Dr. Ervin has been caring for my fur babies for well over 15 years now. I couldn't think of taking them anywhere else.
