27 years ago Kevin did a patio for us and still looks like the day he did it. When we recently moved we couldn’t bring our patio with us,so we decided to look him up again.Kevin helped us choose the pattern and colors.We picked our date they showed up when they said they would,and couldn’t ask for a nicer bunch of guys. The craftsmanship and work ethic were impeccable,My new patio is breathtaking!!! I want to thank each and everyone of them.Five stars around the board.I would recommend Kevin and his Crew.

We love our patio!! Kevin met with us and listened to our ideas and offered suggestions to help us find the color and design we would love at a fair price within our budget. The crew was efficient and very respectful while working. We are so appreciative of our upgraded outdoor space!

Kevin listened to our ideas, provided fair pricing, and guided us in our color and style selections. We had them come by two seperate summers to complete work and remain within our budget. We are very happy with our new entrances and patio. Kevin and the crew worked very quickly and paid attention to every detail. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

Joswick is the Best!From initial consultation to finish! Kevin and his team did an awesome job with our new stamped concrete patio. Our project involved jackhammering the existing concrete patio and replacing it with a beautiful stamped concrete patio. The final result is worthy of being in a magazine. We are completely satisfied with the final result. The project started on time and was finished quickly. No call; no show! I had an 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning appointment scheduled with this company for an estimate on a potential job. 8:30 a.m. came and went. No call; no show! I waited until about 11:30 a.m. and pulled the plug, giving up and realizing I have been stood up. Mind you, I work night shift, so I worked the prior Friday evening and got out of work at 4:00 a.m. . I shuffled home and got a few hours of rest and made sure I was awake, dressed and ready for them by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning to meet these guys, like a responsible human being does. My sleep was interrupted and my entire day was ruined because of this; only because some inconsiderate and irresponsible people can not manage to show up when an appointment was made in advance. They did not even have the decency or courtesy to call! I was livid! There is another review out there nearly identical to mine from another reviewer, so this company seems to have issues sticking to a date. As the matter of fact, I gave this company the benefit of the doubt to allow the entire weekend, plus the entire following Monday to contact me, before I have decided to leave this review, just in case they have recognized their mistake and called, apologized, showed up or whatever else. And still, I have been ghosted completely. It doesn't surprise me any, though. The phone call we had previously to schedule the appointment sounded somewhat unprofessional in tone and in people skills. And the evening prior to the scheduled appointment, I never received any reminder/confirmation call by them. None of this is shocking. Based solely on their incompetence to not call or show up for an appointment is enough to let everyone know how this company operates. Hit 'em where it counts...in their reputation...or lack thereof!

We had a stamped concrete patio put in by this company in 2019 September and soon after they put the patio and we started noticing spots about three or four months later the company was back to do repairs then in 2020 they came back to do more repairs on the mortar joints by the D shape steps in in 2021 they came back to sandblast the whole patio because the paint was coming off of the concrete in February 2020 to the patio has more spots do not use this contractor I highly do not recommend him

Kevin and his team are fantastic. He was more than willing to work with our patio design and provide great solutions where needed.When I first called for an estimate I was told it's about a month until he could get out. We had the time and I encourage you to build time into your schedule because it is worth the wait!Will definitely use him again.

We had Joswick put a stamped patio put in almost 15 years ago. This was one of the best investments we’ve made to our home. We have gotten so much use out of our patio. Almost 15 years and no cracks! We’ve had so many compliments on the patio and the amazing quality.

I GOT MY BACK YARD DONE IN ALL STAMPED CONCRETE AND COUPLING AROUND MY POOL AND SUPPORT TO GET MY DRIVEWAY DONE AND FRONT PATIO AND WALKWAY TO MY FRONT DOOR DONE BUT WITH COVID-19 PANDEMIC.. STOP ALOT OF THINGS BUT KEVIN AND KEVIN JR. WORKED THE TAILS OFF TO GET MY PROPERTY RIGHT AND TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST CONCRETE GUYS I'VE EVER SEEN. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF AND WILL TELL YOU HONESTLY WHAT YOU SHOULD DO AND WHAT YOU SHOULDN'T DO. THIS IS MY BACK YARD AND SIDE AREA.Service: Concrete sidewalk building

I have used Kevin Joswick twice in the past and would not settle for using any other contractor for my third project. Kevin, was compassionate and eager to please. Kevin, was an absolute artist when given ideas of what I wanted. He was able to create a beautiful concrete work of art, all the while working with significant elevation challenges of the land. My project consisted of a walkway, curved staircase, three-tiered patio, three sitting walls, a circular fire pit, a hot tub area with stone walls, and a three-sided waterfall feature! He provided more than I could have imagined, creating both a functional and beautiful patio. I was, also, very pleased with how reasonably priced he was compared to the other custom concrete contractors in the area.

Strongly recommend using Joswick. We are so pleased with the work and attention to detail they performed on site. When we met Kevin he metioned things that impressed us and showed he cared about doing the job right and also thinking of the home owners long term plans. Example, he mentioned he would put down a piece of conduit so that if we had future plans to run any wires for outdoor lighting it would be there, he also took a down spot near the patio and ran it under the ground and away from the patio. Kevin was always was around leading the way and had a plan, coming down our steps, the landing would have been about 1 inches higher than the patio and he didn't want to have that (as it's tripping hazard), he ended up taking off a deck step and doing some work to trim back and re-attach deck steps His crew was very respectful and friendly. We have been in love with our patio, Thank you!
