To lazy to deliver packages to the house, would rather to jam contents in the smallest post box and destroy and tear other mail. Mail order medicine is bulky any way. It is common sense do the right thing, obviously they don't have that quaulity of common sense.

If I could give them zero stars I would the mail people are horrible never deliver my mail where I live never knock when packages that need to be signed for come they never pick the phone up. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!

Nestled in a delightful location it provided all of the services I required to the T! The staff was friendly and the office appeared to be in order & functioning properly!

My package got lost. Went to my post office and spoke to a middle aged male behind the counter. He told me he did a geo locate on the package and claimed it was sent to the Nazareth office and someone there lost it. I then drove to the Nazareth office and they presented me with a print out that clearly showed whoever delivered my package and scanned it was from the Bath location. Ended up calling a Nazareth supervisor and was informed where the package was mistakenly delivered to. The guy in the Bath location was useless and on top of that purposely mislead me to wasting my time.

On 7/27/2023, the individual working at the post office refused to mail my shipment and engaged in a heated argument, even denying me a simple receipt. Despite my insistence, he claimed that I had raised my voice and he refused to give me service. When I arrived at the post office, he directed me to affix a stamp that I had on my hand on the envelope, which I did but he refused to provide the receipt I needed. He said I need to make mail service purchase to get the receipt. I understood but frustrated, I removed the stamps and expressed my willingness to pay, but he remained displeased and refused to process my mail saying that I raised my voice against him. It is disheartening to receive such treatment from my trusted post office, which I have been using for the past 15 years. USPS should invest in better training for their service personnel to ensure better customer experiences. I have always been treated with help and a smile by all other employees in the past.

This post office will not answer the phone for its customers. Then when I went there the associate confirmed they refuse to answer the phone because it’s not their job. I have not received mail for months and have filed several complaints with office of inspector general, USPS, and my congressman with no resolution. Each department tells me there’s nothing they can do and refers me back to the department I spoke with prior. I can say with absolute fact that the post office refuses to deliver our mail and there’s nothing we can do about it. I have been forced to source my mail through fed ex and ups because the government mail system outright refuses to perform their only job.

They said they failed to deliver my mail the last couple days because of an animal. We don't have any animals. Then they changed our mail to be held at the post office saying it was at the request of the customer. But I never requested this. Over paid government facility that can't do their job correctly.

The only thing the post office can deliver Reliably is regular mail. Anything else, they are terrible at delivering it. Have to call the post office monthly because they loose, misplace or damage packages we have sent to our home address. And the US postal service never accepts responsibility for anything. It’s always someone else’s fault. I would rather pay the extra and send my packages with ups or fedex as they are way more reliable!

Nice place! This is my local office. I've never had an issue here. My packages always hit or beat their estimated delivery date when I send them out from this office. The workers are very friendly. The head USPS person is typically available for direct questions, just ask. I got some clarifications about a mailbox issue I was looking into. Very helpful. Rates are clearly displayed above the counter and often has a wide selection of stamps on display. The parking lot can be a little annoying from time to time. And watch out, people always park in the no parking zone on the road to use the mailbox, which can get pretty dangerous.
