I have been using them since moving to Bath 4 years ago and will continue to do so. Best pricing around, especially against the big box stores such as CVS and Rite-aid. They match or beat any competitor pricing. The staff is very friendly an you can even drop off your UPS packages there for pick-up.

We have been customers at Bath Drug for 30 years and always had positive experiences. I also worked there for a short time. Great place and terrific employees!!

EXTREMELY RUDE workers with attitudes. They never have prescriptions ready on time. Take your business somewhere else. My mother has been going there her whole life. (She is there weekly) She enjoys seeing the woman who usually works the counter (has a German accent, only friendly person there), I don't know her name. She hasn't been there lately, and the 2 women who "helped" my Mom recently were nasty to her. My Mom had two prescriptions called in, they wouldn't fill the second one, so she had her dr call a SECOND time. She was told that the pharmacist said that he wouldn't fill it. So my Mom had her dr call the pharmacy for the THIRD time. Apparently they don't answer their phones or check their voicemail. Finally they say they will fill it and made her come back for it. Safe to say they are losing her as a customer. It's a real shame that the workers here can be so rude to loyal customers, who clearly are sickly and need meds to keep them alive. They certainly should NOT be treated like this. I don't see them staying in business much longer if this is how they treat their customers. So much for trying to support local busnissses. She will be taking her prescriptions to CVS from now on!!

This pharmacy matches prices for prescriptions with CVS and some other pharmacies. The pharmacist is very polite and caring. The pharmacy technician is really nice, too. They have a sense of humor, too - there's a sign at the register that says," No chip, but we do accept chocolate chips!" The store is pretty big and has a great selection of gifts and greeting cards, including Papyrus brand and Yankee Candle. I bought little stuffed animals for my niece and nephew, and a really pretty sparkly crystal bauble for my mom. Their hours are not the most convenient. They are closed on Sundays, and only open til 7 pm on weekdays. Still, they have the best prices on prescriptions, so I plan to make them my main pharmacy.
