Delicious vegan meals and Pam was amazing and caring for us. Definitely another spot to eat dinner in the Poconos.Vegetarian options: They have a separate menu just for vegan.Dietary restrictions: It's great to find a place that understands a vegan menu.Kid-friendliness: Arcade games and activities for the kids in the front entrance.

My family and I go to Cosenza's often, especially when we want some comfy homecooked food! We have a running joke that we haven't had one thing from here that we didn't like. The atmosphere is cozy and service is great (Carlee and Courtney are our favorites!). The owner, Pam, never misses a quick lull in the action to come out of the kitchen to say hi and make sure everything is tasty! Highly recommend stopping by, I promise you won't regret it :)

Everyone is kind, they helped me bring my food out when I had to pick up food with my baby. Food is always excellent. Love the eggplant pizza!.

I tried. Really hard. I have been wanting to go for a while. Close to two years since we moved back up to the mountains. The reason we went was because we had vegan family members visiting and they have some vegan selections on the menu. Communication with this facility is worse than pulling teeth. Even when I would finally get a reply, it was as few syllables as possible. I was told they have a full bar. Brought my husband for his 70th birthday. He wanted a Bloody Mary. Any 'full bar' has the making for a Bloody Mary, they did not. After alllll of the times of trying to communicate ... you would think I would've been told they prefer cash only. They will take CC, but when you're spending $ for 7 people to eat... that extra 3% is a lot. I opted to use the ATM machine in the lobby. I was trying to get enough cash out before realizing it has a $100 limit. Never saw that in my life. I guess it's so they can collect the atm fee twice? I asked the owner if the ATM machine would allow me to use it twice in a row since I couldn't take enough out, and she shrugged at me and may have said something, not sure. WHAT? It's HER BUSINESS. I literally felt like I was a burden from start to finish. Now, the actual dining experience. There was one employee that seemed to be running the entire restaurant. Hopefully she wasn't also cooking. We sat... and sat.... And sat... it took an absurd amount of time to place an order. It was discussed at least 3 different times if someone should go up and see if someone was going to take our order. Keep in mind that we were the only people in the restaurant most of this time. We were the only party in the main dining room for awhile. A couple that was seated way after us, placed their order and got their food first. I'm not talking 10 minutes. We waited over thirty minutes to order, over thirty minutes for the food to come, and all together we were there for 2 hours. Most of that time waiting to order, and waiting for food. So we get through, pack up the leftovers, and leave. Just now I heated up my husband's and my leftovers. The icing on the cake was pulling a long hair out from my leftovers, it wasn't on top... it was completely in the dish. Threw it away. Never again. Let me just say this... I've heard good things. I don't know if you 'have to know the owner' or need to be a regular to get good service, but whatever the magic pill was, we definitely didn't have it.

First Thursdays of the month are a cherished occasion for us, where we gather to explore the fungal mysteries of our environment.Now, let me regale you with the culinary delights that awaited us within those rustic walls. The wings, my dear reader, were nothing short of ambrosial. Each succulent morsel bore a symphony of flavors that danced upon the palate like a maestro's masterstroke. It was these ethereal wings that initially held my attention.But the siren song of Cosenza did not stop there. The pizzas, oh, the pizzas! They transcended the boundaries of terrestrial cuisine and ventured into the realm of celestial artistry. I always stop by here at least once every time I am in the area. The pizza here is amazing, and the staff is very friendly too. There is also a wide variety of vegan options and they taste great too!Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese and many vegan options
