Entered this store to upgrade my phone. Spent 30 min trying to sell me items and services I did not want. Noticed a change in my account before signing anything. The individual cost me more money then told me they did not have a phone for me. After all that I would have to call customer service to fix his screw up. Called 611# the AT&T number got a new phone everything back to normal paying $10 less than what I had before.

Devon was very professional and super accommodating. He knows so much about his products and helped in selecting the best phone option for me. I wish I could give him more stars because he treated me with the upmost respect and answered all of my questions. I will definitely keep coming back to the company with him there. Also he needs a raise for sure because that's an employee you want to keep.

Absolutely terrible service! Had 4 trips in 2 days to store to get MULTIPLE issues resolved, was told something different (wrong) every time!

The Chippewa Pa ATT phone store is a great place to buy a new phone and the employees are always friendly and helpful
With a little patience buying a new phone can be a good experience
Remember the first time you bought a cellphone and how excited you were
They will help you relive that experience

Piss Poor attitude by workers , apparently they don’t like to staff people on a new iPhone release day to expedited the process for their customers . Go to a different ATT

They only had 1 person working. Wait was almost 2 hours. Go to the Monaca store . Least they will have more than 1 workers .she is basically telling people that come in that it’s going to be a really really long wait .

We recently purchased two iPhones, 15 from the AT&T store in Chippewa on Constitution Blvd. Upon entering, the most pleasant and friendly person I have ever encountered greeted us. His name was Devon. We discussed what type of phone we were looking to purchase, and he spent time answering all our concerns and questions in a professional manner. Devon made my wife and me very comfortable. He treated us with respect and had plenty of patience with us. If we ever get a new iPhone, it will be from this store. It was a good shopping experience for both of us. Thank you, At&T, for having an employee like Devon.

Never enough staff on hand. Always different people. The staff I've worked with have been lovely, but go back in next time, one person working, not the same people.
Try to call customer service and it's shady. More worried about selling you a watch or internet service than resolving the problems.
If you hear customer service say "I need you to agree to hearing a disclosure" look out. They are trying to add something or change your contract.

Not only did Devon go out of his way to sort out my issue, but he also gave me and my cousin a really good time while we sat at the table with him.
