Monday, January 8, 2024, 7:15pmStopped in no one present in the lobby for about 5 minutes (literally, the entire store completely unattended, seems like a potential liability for AT&T). I asked about a replacement screen protector for my device since I paid for the lifetime service and was told there were none in stock for my model and could not get a straight answer on how to receive one as part of the program (good lesson to not participate in this service as they’ll just stop carrying screen protectors for your model the year after a new version comes out).I also needed a replacement SIM card for an iPad which I have an unlimited plan on and was told that running too many apps can cause the device to not read the SIM card (literally a flat out lie from their associate to a 21 year customer). I explained it happened once before and swapping the sim fixed the issue for about 3 months. “Well your device is kind of old so you could buy a new device because this might keep happening.” I explained I simply wanted a new sim programmed like last time and the associate basically refused (likely because it was 30 minutes before the store closed). What am I paying for the unlimited data plan for if I can’t connect to the network and ATT is unwilling to program a new sim.This location used to have good customer service - past two times, highly disappointed with the treatment from their employees.

We were helped by Sean, who was really helpful and knowledgeable about every device, plan, and deal available. He also made some really good recommendations about the longevity of my AT&T account. It was exactly what I would hope for a trip to the wireless store would be: helpful, useful, and in a reasonable time frame. I brought my brother with me, and he's now considering switching his service. Thanks so much!

We went in to do an upgrade on my phone. The woman took down some info and walked into the back to see what they could do for me. I had called earlier asking if they had the phone I was looking for which they said yes.It was almost 20 minutes that she had been gone which I didn’t understand and we had two kids with us. So we had to leave. And when my husband went to tell someone that we had to leave, the gentlemen walked right past him, ignored him and went to someone else. It’s a shame, but it’s scenarios like this that make it easier to just buy things online. I purchased a phone in 5 minutes online on the ATT site.

Walked in & NO ONE greeted my grandmother & I . Don’t recommend this place. I understand there are only 2 employees but please do better AT&T.

I received great service at the AT&T store in the Shenango Plaza. The manager greeted me as I entered even though there were other customers ahead of me. When it was my turn, the manager worked with me to get things done just as I required. My wife is now the happy owner of a new iPhone. And he showed me all the best deals that made the whole process painless. I would go there again.

My experience here today was fantastic. I came into the store this evening to get an upgrade on my phone and was pleasantly greeted by Manda. It was a breath of fresh air walking into a store and actually being treated like a person rather than another sale. Manda made the whole entire process so easy and not to mention she was such a sweetheart… she worked with me for a little over an hour and we had great conversation the entire time. AT&T is very lucky to have her as an employee. I love my new phone. Thanks again, Manda! -Lydia.
