“I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every single member of their staff was friendly any time I called or was in the building. Any question I had, they got me to who I needed to talk to quickly. The General manager was very helpful and informative about how the insurance process for the repair was going to be handled, he answered all questions I had. Any time there was a delay with a part or there was any updates with my car, they called me. I always felt informed about where my car was at in the process of being repaired. The body work and the paint job are beautiful. This was my first time using this body shop and I am very happy this is where I chose to have my Repairs done.”

“I came today to get my trailer’s brake drum resurfaced. Bill and Daniel provided the best customer service. I live in Cranberry Twp and called the local store but they said they can’t help. Then I called this store and right away I was told if it is possible, they will do everything they can to help me. The store closes at 9 PM but Bill stayed until after 10 PM to get the job done. You don’t see this kind of customer service nowadays because most employees don’t care about taking care of the customers and all they care about is them getting paid. But I was amazed by Bill. I wish he gets rewarded for his hard work and people like Bill and Daniel are the reason I would definitely come back to this store. Thank you guys! I appreciate your help!”
“These guy's are top notch! I had collision damage to my driverside and was using my insurance due to a hit and run. Not only was the repairs exceptionally done, but the guy even came in when they were closed (saturdays) so that I was able to pick up my car before work allowing me to drop off the rental car so they couldn't charge me for more on my rental.
100% recommend and WILL return when needed

Thier work is fantastic, and they matched my paint code perfectly. They even lost power during a storm and finished painting the new hood, in the dark. “Since my windshield wiper decided to fly off on a road trip I was in desperate need of a replacement. Unfortunately, due to the design the one I bought was not compatible. However, the guy who helped me was awesome. He knew enough to know to check the hook before he sold.me anything. The store had one in stock and he made sure it was attached properly. I will definitely be back!”
“These guys are the best. After issues at so many larger dealerships, I came here because it was closer to home for me. They stepped up and I haven't had a single problem with my work van's service in over two years.Kevin is always ready to work with me to arrange service or repairs, and since I work out of state so often, this usually means I leave my van with them over the week or weekend and get a rental from my fleet service. They make it so smooth that I've come to expect that level of service now, and they never disappoint.The biggest problems I've ever had is when the Enterprise down the road is out of vehicles because of the shortages.”
