“My neighbor recommended The Brake Stopp to me. Adam was out sick, so Steven waited on me. Steven was very attentive from the first time I met him, even when I arrived just before their closing time. I had a cut tire that needed replaced. I had tire/wheel insurance. So, he had to contact the insurer and become a service provider for them. He did so quickly, filed a claim, and ordered the tire after the claim was approved. Then he removed my donut tire, made sure it was completely latched in the trunk along with the jack and lug wrench, and installed the new tire. I have complete confidence in Steven. He is very knowledgeable and personable. They provide mechanical services too. I haven't had the job done yet, but they beat a price to replace 4 brake pads and rotors on my other vehicle by $225. Steven even offered to stay late to complete this work, so I didn't need to take time off. I plan to use Brake Stopp for my future mechanical repairs. It's hard to find a auto repair shop that is trustworthy, especially for a woman. I feel very comfortable with their staff and service.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every single member of their staff was friendly any time I called or was in the building. Any question I had, they got me to who I needed to talk to quickly. The General manager was very helpful and informative about how the insurance process for the repair was going to be handled, he answered all questions I had. Any time there was a delay with a part or there was any updates with my car, they called me. I always felt informed about where my car was at in the process of being repaired. The body work and the paint job are beautiful. This was my first time using this body shop and I am very happy this is where I chose to have my Repairs done.”
“These guy's are top notch! I had collision damage to my driverside and was using my insurance due to a hit and run. Not only was the repairs exceptionally done, but the guy even came in when they were closed (saturdays) so that I was able to pick up my car before work allowing me to drop off the rental car so they couldn't charge me for more on my rental.
