“One of the many banks I have used over the years and the one bank I have always had and always come back too.. I opened my first account with them when it was Peoples Home Savings in the early 90's and have nothing but great service ever since. I have my business accounts with, I have used them while spending multiple years overseas and ever issue I've every weird non-standard issue I've encountered (and there have been a few) they have always been there to help. I can not recommend WESBANCO enough. They have just have that home town customer service you can not find with a big national or online bank!”

“Hats off to Huntington Bank, Josh Perry and Lisa Currie. Josh discovered that dDaniel Advertising was celebrating 70 years in business this year and wanted to honor us by providing lunch for the whole office, and nobody went away hungry (we are talking chicken parm, spaghetti and salad). On top of that Lisa added her fine baking skills and provided us some fantastic desserts (the cupcakes went fast and the pineapple cake was so light and airy). We were pleasantly shocked and surprised by Huntington, Josh and Lisa for stepping up to honor dDaniel. Nobody has ever served dDaniel in this way. Moving our bank accounts to Huntington Bank was the right move for dDaniel. Thank you again for the lunch and for being there to help with any of our banking questions or needs.”
“I made a trip to the DMV to get my Real ID. I had all of the documents I needed (or so I thought) and was given a number to wait to see a representative. Once I made it to her counter, she informed me that since I was making changing my middle name to my maiden name, I needed 2 additional forms of identification with my new name on it. I didn’t know I needed that and the Real ID info site doesn’t indicate that either. I walked into Citizens, frustrated and ready to cry, and was greeted by Jamie Mori. She handed me a box of tissues and took all of my paperwork from the DMV and jumped into action. She changed my name on my accounts for me and gave me plenty of documentation to prove my identity. She even printed off my last paystub just so we knew that I had everything I needed, plus some, so the DMV wouldn’t turn me away again. She shared her frustrating experience with the DMV and gave me a few extra tissues to take with me just in case— I'm a frustrated crier. I’m super thankful that Jamie was so helpful and kind! She really took the extra time to make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you, Jamie, and don’t worry— I got my Real ID after that ?”

“When you run a business, you count on your bank to offer assistance when it's needed. At our previous bank, we didn't have that. At First National, we do. I just spoke with Dawn, the branch manager at our local branch and she not only answered my questions, she also proposed several options that would help our business assure we aren't going to be scammed. That's what I count on in a financial institution, taking an active role in keeping the customer safe. I'm very happy that we switched banks and went with a branch that is local and recognizes the needs of their customers.”
“I usually don't like change. My wife was at Woodforrest I wouldn't change then I had a problem at my bank and I was done. All the time Bronson was asking me when I was coming to Woodforrest with my wife. Now after a few years at Woodforrest in Chippewa with Jason and Bronson what can I say they are great like friends I've had for years. Best move I've made. They are so nice very helpful and just a pleasure to talk to. Number 1 in my book !!”
