Terrible service, was sold a truck with 2 front leaking struts, dry rotting tires and 4wd module going bad. Could not even get it inspected because it would not pass. Asked to get it fixed and was told that was not an option but they were willing to take it back for another vehicle. Told someone I knew that there was nothing wrong with it, that brought it back because I had a hard time getting in and out with powered side steps. Also said the tires were in decent shape. They lied to me and her. So if you're looking to buy this be cautious, iit does shake terribly at 70 mph and oh it's not a rebel, it's a Canadian sport. While they did take it back and I got a bronco probably to avoid legal action, i did lose out on a down payment and 6hrs of drive time. But I got a full tank of gas.

We highly recommend Salem CDJR and our salesman Antonio L. Antonio was so friendly and fun, he was very easy to work with. He is newer to the salesman role but you wouldn’t know it. He was thoughtful, professional, and was able to get us into the vehicle we wanted without any issues. We also want to thank DJ in finance. DJ is always friendly and knows his stuff. My wife was looking for a particular car and they had one and it happened to be the best deal I could find so we went and looked they got the payment close enough to where we wanted it and were very pleasant and open with us it was an excellent car buying experience and I would recommend anyone to go there, the deals are very good and after the purchase they told us the history of the car as it was a local 1 owner trade. They make you feel like it’s a personal service rather than a business

We had an excellent sales experience with our new pre-owned vehicle yesterday. We are from Pennsylvania (an hour away), and the sales team were able to take care of all the details so that we could get our SUV the same day. Antonio Lozado (our sales person) was very friendly and personable, and gave us exceptional service. DJ, the finance director, was friendly and explained all sales details and info regarding extended warranties. They made sure our new SUV was very clean (looked almost brand new) and we are glad to be the new owners of it.
