If you are looking to buy a new or certified used vehicle Beaver County Dodge Jeep Ram is the place to go! I will definitely refer EVERYONE I know here. Keith Smith-Gore was AWESOME, from the minute he approached my wife and I, he was everything you would want from someone who is helping you to shop out a new vehicle. That's right I said helping..Keith was GREAT! We were just browsing around and within 2 mins or so he came out introduced himself to my wife and I with a friendly attitude, hand shake, and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. Keith and Matt in financing helped to get us into a really nice Jeep Grand Cherokee with a no pressure we work for you approach. After much negotiation with Keith Smith-Gore, I agreed to drive 170 miles to close the deal on a 2022 Dodge Charger. Keith contacted me at 9:00am to be sure that the Charger was available. 3 1/2 hours when we arrived at Beaver Auto I was informed that Keith had made a mistake and the Charger was sold ! Sorry - too bad, he never even offered to pay for 340 miles of gas! Keith is careless, make your deal with one of the regular salesmen. Not even 1 star!

I found a used vehicle here, was connected with Keith Smith-Gore who went out of his way to help me out. Sent me additional pictures of the vehicle and stayed in-touch. I was grateful to have Keith as my sales rep because I could tell he wanted what was best for me. Will definitely referring him to friends and fam.

If you used 3251 for service scheduling..Call the website number and verify. Canceled phone service still making appointments for them. Staff was very frustrated but the good Rachel the manager is doing her best to help with the overbooking issue and get folks in/rescheduled. They were able to do a full work over to fix my ac and identified some areas (yes honestly) needed some attention! Thank you, will be back in the future!

Sold my wife a car, they supposedly use auto fax instead of car fax… was feeling uneasy about it so I started to check into things! According to the car fax the car was 12 grand over priced for a vehicle that was in a severe accident. Front to back including the roof! Claimed they didn’t know because they use auto fax! Yet they did the work on the vehicle! Tried to work with them on it but they only wanted to put me In something that would double my payment! Filed complaints, attorney generals office and the BBB and hiring an attorney! Don’t bother with the auto fax, they alter it, use car fax even if you have to pay for it! Paperwork states car was in excellent in condition! Car fax states otherwise! It wasn’t recommended for use! Pretty scary out there. Considering how big they are….

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! MY CAR SAT THERE FOR OVER A YR, NO ONE WOULD CAR PERIODICALLY TO GIVE UPDATES I HAD TO CALL THEM "JOSH" IS CLUELESS ABT EVERYTHING, IDK Y HE EVEN WORKS THERE BC HE NEVER KNOWS ANYTHING ABT ANYTHING AND IS ON PAYROLL TO BE UNKNOWLEDGEABLE AND LAZY ABT EVERYTHING...don't take ur car there unless u want poor service ( my experience was terrible and nobody cared)

I bought a new car from there in July of 2018 that was a 4 year loan and should have been paid off this past July. July ce and found out that I am only halfway done paying for it. By the time it's paid for I could have bought a brand new Cadillac. So I am turning the place into the Better Business Bureau and the FTC and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and news stations. Someone will listen. These guys are crooks.

I was shopping for a used Toyota tacoma. they happened to have one available so i went to see it. after the usual stuff we reached a deal quickly. Pete was an excellent sales rep. Managers Mike and Will and Ben all pitched in to make this an easy process. i live in the north hills so this dealership is quite a commute. They had to put a hitch on my truck so i couldn't take it right away. anyhow once again they lived up to commitments in a timely manner. i would recommend Beaver Valley Dodge to anyone. Btw, i used to sell cars so I'm a fairly well educated consumer. these folks are top notch ?

Service Dept has never let me down. Kevin is helpful everytime I go in for my work van and explains everything I need.Have had so many problems with other larger dealers, but these guys nail it each and every time.

The manager pricing my trade tried to convince me that the kkb.org trade-in values are 5k over what I could expect at a dealership on a 22k vehicle. In a single week, a gladiator had 3 opportunities to be sold to 3 different people. He ruined all three deals, the car is still there and there is a shortage of vehicles to purchase now making it remarkable that it’s still there. This manager told the finance manager that he was trying to mess with us bc he knows there’s not much available. Nice. Don’t go here

So on May 27th I had a appointment for multiple things looked at on my Hummer H3 that I bought from there. After a few days I was told they needed to order parts. I told them I needed my vehicle. I call and tell them I will be in to pick it up on June 9th and for them to call me when parts show up. Picked it up and my H3 was broken into and several hundred dollars in belongings were stolen. I contact Racheal in service and was told the IT guy was off and will call me back on Monday June 13th. Still no call back as of July 6th. I really like the service department for I have been coming here for over 5 years but this time around I am extremely disappointed.
