Matt Grove did service on my 2014 jeep wrangler very pleased with the job and that is also where I purchased her as well never have a complaint they always do what they say and explain to u what needs done int he future before doing it so u can actually trust its gonna be done right.

I have had my 2020 Ram in 4 times to fix a warranty issue, they still can't get it right, the recalls that were issued on my truck they said they took care of, however when I went to other dealerships they confirmed they have NOT been addressed. I understand they want to milk Ram for all the warranty money they can, but I can't spend my life at the dealership waiting for simple repairs.

Strongly suggest dealing with ANY other dealership in the County. The service department here lacks customer service and/or doesn't care about their clients. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from here. I have a call into the owner to discuss my terrible experience.

I bought my jeep from here three years ago, and Bob Willard was absolutely amazing! I was so stressed about making my very first, brand new, car purchase, but he made it so simple & painless! Also Rachel Giles and her team in the service department are THE BEST! They always take good care of me, and turn the most stressful situations into the easiest!

Damian Southwick is a knowledgeable, personable salesman who is very accommodating. Taking time, not only to allow his customers test drive prospective vehicles, but also to offer the many amenities available for each type. He makes each customer and family members feel at ease when asking questions. Ben explained the differently documents that needed to be signed in layman’s terms. Micah and Mr. Mastoris demonstrated their great care and concern in moving vehicles from one site to another. All of the gentlemen praised the great expertise of their service department.

If I could rate this company a ZERO,.I would. It's not possible on this site to give a negative, but I can recommend to everyone in the state of Pennsylvania or the entire country to stay as far away from this company as you can. That is my warning. Try to rook a 21 year old college kid into a better offer on a car with a $600 car payment . It's a buyers market! CRIMINAL MARKET!

I have worked with Justin, Rachel and the only certified HYBRID mechanics for a rare SUV (Aspen-Hybrid) Brian Neff for the past 8 years. These folks are phenomenal. Thank you for the professionalism and courteous service. They go above and beyond, from picking up the Aspen at our home to servicing it quickly, to returning it to us promptly. Brian even gave our family his cell number if our Hybrid ever needs emergency service!

I took a Dodge truck here that had a manual transmission that was missing 3rd gear. They told me that they "didn't have the tools to fix it" their 'solution' was to sell me a whole new transmission!?!? So they put it back together and charged me over $200 in labor to tell me nothing essentially

I bought brand new car at this place in July 2013. car only had 12 miles on it and 2 weeks after i got it it was back at the service department because it would not start. They could not detect the problem and it kept happending again and again. I just got my car back after they have had it for a week fixing another problem. i had to follow up with the service department they never called me to tell me what was wrong and when it will be done. They were very rude and also had a attitude especially the service rep Rachel that i was dealing with. I highly never recommend using this dealer for any type of service. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!
