I have gone to this dealership on several occasions to try and fix my BlueLink/remote start issue and am still having issues. I was told I needed to reach out to BlueLink and when I did, the redirected me back to the dealership where they told me nothing was wrong. I since got a new phone and am still having the same issues. Very disappointed with the unprofessional and I knowledgeable staff.

Thank you so very much to Brian for checking my Hyundai Tucson when I had it towed in today.The car was stuck doing only 20 mph.I tried speeding up, using breaks, checked the gears thinking maybe it was stuck in 1st or 2nd gear.When I phoned AAA, I was told it was a safety feature in cars that they only go 20 mph when there is an engine issue.I smelled burned rubber. AAA customer service suspected it was the belt.AAA & tow driver were caring, polite, professional, & made sure I was safe, which I appreciate.When we arrived at Bowser, I got a bit lost going to where service was before remodel.Woman at desk told me mechanics would not be back until 1 p.m. & that there were several people ahead of me.New waiting lounge is nice.Great coffee bar.Turned out I accidentally turned on cruise control without realizing it. Guessing the burning I was smelling were the brakes trying to keep the car at 20 mph.Very grateful to Brian for checking car so quickly & figuring out what happened...& teaching me how to turn off cruise control.Thank you so very much.Very grateful

It is Amazing to me a family owed business doesn’t take more pride in customer service! The worst I have ever experienced in my life! I would never in a million years recommend, buy, purchase anything to do with the word Hyundai or Bowser EVER! They should be embarrassed of how they run a business! Management won’t take ownership when they clearly are to blame and documentation can be provided. Promises return phone calls only to once again be disappointed when I started to have little hope. After my vehicle was towed and sat in the lot for 3 weeks, had zero knowledge when I called that my vehicle was there. I had to provide my VIN # to locate. Obviously, this is not a $5 item we are speaking about here. This dealership really needs to step up their game in all aspects of their business.

Don't expect warranty service for technical service bulletin. They don't have the person call about it. The dealership is good at sales. Go see Kurt he's top notch. For service go elsewhere.

My 2020 Santa Fe check engine light came on and the transmission had a shudder when shifting. My daughter had to take the car to school. The service department got the car in for service, drove the car to feel the problem and fixed it. I also had the transmission serviced just in case. The mechanic even drove the car with my husband to show him the problem was resolved. I appreciate everything they did even though we did not purchase the car from them. If we buy another Hyundai, we will definitely purchase it in Chippewa from Bowser. I highly recommend them.

I should have read all the service department ratings before I scheduled to have my car takin here! My car check engine light was blinking so I had to towed to this location. The guy told me that he scheduled me in for my car to get seen on June 29th. My fiancé called when we got back from vacation (around the 15 of July). The guy told my fiancé that due to high recalls they haven’t looked at my car yet. They told him if it didn’t get in that week that it will be seen the following week. Still haven’t heard anything. I call today, august first and they still haven’t seen my car yet!!! I once again got told that if it doesn’t get seen next week that it will for sure be the following week! After reading all these other reviews I feel like it’s going to take forever just for my car to get looked at. I’m aware staffing may be an issue but come on! I actually had an appointment set up for mine to get looked at! It’s really troubling to go on with work a daily activities with a house hold of four a now only one car!!

I was desperately in need of a vehicle after a drunk driver smashed into me on my wayhome from work one Saturday afternoon. I walked into Bowser Hyundai with no expectations and a short time later I left with a brand new car! I’ve never had a brand new car before! Thank you Josh Forrester and the rest of the staff! They were so incredibly helpful. I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs or when I decide to purchase a new one. They’re the best!

To.m was the greatest to work with at Beaver location. Gave me a great price and answered all question. Finance manager Melissa took us through all paperwork without issues. NO high pressure sales tactics here. Will buy from them again!!

My girlfriend had a skid plate that fell off while driving her Hyundai Tuscon to work. The skid plate fell off due to someone at Pep Boys in Cranberry, PA re-installing the oil skid plate incorrectly after a routine oil change. Brian and Mike were extremely helpful in service and were very honest and up front and did not charge us for looking at the vehicle in an emergency needed situation. I will gladly recommend them to anyone-thanks so much for the professionalism.

If this rating were based on incompetence and ineptitude, this Dealership would receive 6/5 stars from me. Beware of the Service Department - they had my vehicle for 10 months in 2022 because they were unable to correct issues that were under the vehicle’s warranty. This cost me $7,500 in rental car fees because they refused to provide a loaner, telling me to acquire a rental car and save the receipts for reimbursement. They refused to reimburse. I made several good faith attempts to resolve the issue amicably and fairly, offering to even buy a new vehicle from them, but no one would call me back, reply to emails, and my highly trained carrier pigeons died somehow perished and didn’t return. You can check out my experience via BBB claim along with their response for a more detailed account.Bottom line - I had a good experience buying the car here but a terribly poor experience with the service department. I’ll never give them another dime and will spend as much time as I can explaining my experience with them to help people not fall victim to the same treatment and financial harm as I did.

Went to go look at a car this past Wednesday that we were told would be on lot BEFOREHAND.. drove 50 miles to look at the car.. only to be told the car was not there once we arrived at the dealership and it was out on a “loaner”. To top it off… we were shown another vehicle more expensive with an accident report/ damage….Really disappointing.
