Enterprise in Beaver had an issue the day before I was scheduled to pick up my rental. All of their vans got recalled. So they could not give me the van we booked.
This was something that for the most part was out of their control. What they did to make it right since we had planned to ride 6 people in the van, was to give us two separate rentals for the same price.
Not ideal but what other choice did they have? As a business you can only do so much when you run into something unexpected. Luckily we had two drivers and were still able to make our trip.
Nikolaus also gave us a free tank of gas and upgraded one of the vehicles as a surprise. Things don't always go right, or to plan and no business is perfect. But what matters in my opinion is, did they do everything they could to make it right considering the circumstances? Yes.

Easiest car rental experience that I have ever had! Nice vehicle with very simple and easy legal transactions. My total time spent at Enterprise both picking up and returning the rented vehicle was less than 5 minutes!

I dealt with Lexi at the Beaver Falls store. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is. I had a huge issue with my insurance company. They terminated my rental because my repair was complete but they were debating final cost of the 3rd supplement. Liberty Mutual left me, not only with no vehicle, but with no way to get the rental back to Beaver Falls. They refused to help with the return. I called and spoke to Lexi and she was really upset on my behalf. She did try to call Liberty Mutual and reason with them to no avail. Lexi offered to extend an extra day at no cost but I told her that she had helped me so much already. I returned the rental that night...luckily not incurring a next day charge. Just the fact that she was so understanding and tried to help on my behalf meant the world to me. Thank you Lexi!
Also to note the rental was clean, did not smell and drove great. The pick up and drop off were very easy and quick. I would recommend this location again!

I really did my best to clearly give the benefit of the doubt, but despite my clear disapproval of the situation and giving many chances to correct it, they proved to not only be unhelpful, but ignorant. Really hope this place gets replaced with anything else, don't care if it's a god forsaken Subway.

The branch manager was so wonderful, Joe was his name. He was so friendly and helpful. This was the first time I had ever rented a car and I was worried about it and the hidden costs. He made me feel so much better, he was great. Never ever did I think renting a car would be this easy and the car was excellent. We had the best trip. I am very happy that I did business with them and always want to rent a car now for longer drives with enterprise. It makes everything feel easy and carefree. Other businesses were giving me a seriously hard time because I was using a debit card. I couldn't use the places at the airport without having an actual ticket. I was beginning to lose hope, but enterprise took a deposit of $200 and nothing more was needed. Some wanted $500 and a ticket! Over all this was just a great experience and we loved the car. Great trip. Thank you enterprise!

They rented my car out sense I was 3 hours late to pick it up, no call, no text, no notification what so ever. Then ask if we will come back 3 hours later to pick up a smaller car that isn't going to work. Terrible customer service, no one cares anymore, especially this branch.

Bad experience ! Got confirmation for a rental but no car available. Also not for the next day and more than likely also not for the day after either. Manager requested 3 phone numbers (???). N oidea why ? I filed complaint with Enterprise HQ. O, and by the way, manager of duty today (2022-05-22) was extremely arrogant !
Is a 'No Go'.

Had a rental reserved and was supposed to be picked up. After calling I found out they weren't picking me up and couldn't even call or email me. Now I'm without a car till mo day. They completely dropped the ball.

Car had food stains on back seat and smelled like smoke. The manager that called me to check on how the rental experience was, and she was very helpful. The experience at the actual location in chippewa to pick it up was not as enjoyable. Hopefully this location can get a better selection of car rentals to choose from.

Staff was very friendly! They didn't have the car available that I was to get because of a inspection issue, but I got a cool truck instead!
