I called Evans after I had contracted with another company, who told me my main drain and the drain from the house to my septic needed replaced. After that company messed up the job and wanted to do more, I called Evans to check to see if I was being taken. Ray ran a camera through all my drains and showed me that my system was fine. He charged $150 but saved me thousands. It was the best $150 I ever spent. Ray was honest and very competent. Call him first.

Called EEDS after our septic line backed up into the basement after a septic pump. Ray was super busy this week but was able to get it unclogged. We'll be having them come back to scope and do the eventual repair.

We have used Evans Electric Drain Service for several years. Always very prompt in addressing our issues. I wouldn’t use another plumber! I highly recommend!

We had a clogged drain in the basement and Ray came first thing the next morning and fixed it. We've used Ray over the 20 years we've lived here and each time have been impressed by his prompt communication and effective work. Highly recommend!

7/15/24. 100% recommend!!! Was referred to Ray Evans by multiple people and now I know why. Called on a sunday and left my info with someone and the next morning he called and came out to find our septic tank. (Non emergency call too) Very reasonably priced, quick to find septic tank and gave explanation while performing job. Will most definitely use them in the future.
PS if your septic tank location is not known, call Ray first to locate it then the excavator person to dig it. Why have someone try to find it when you can call Ray and get it found immediately 100% accurate.

Called Ray midday on Monday of Thanksgiving week to see when I could get fit in for a backed up drain pipe. He called me first thing Tuesday and was at my house before 9am. He took a look around, explained what he thought the situation was, and didn't think there was any point in snaking the drain based on how the system was behaving at the time but left it up to me. I opted not to and he charged me very minimally for the drive out to my house and the time spent there. I appreciated his timeliness, honesty, and low cost. He will be my first call every time.

The work was good, but they were very condescending to my roommate and I. They kept making insinuations that we must be flushing tampons (which neither my roommate nor I use) down the toilet. When I asked them not to use the backdoor in my house (because the doorknob was broken and the repairman wasn't coming until later in the day) they said it would make their job much harder to come through the front door, which is just one room away and on the same level. I reiterated that I understood it would be slightly more difficult, but that I didn't want the door to be further damaged. I went into another room to grab something, and when I came back they were using the back door. The younger of the two explained to me that it was very easy to fix the door, and that I should have already done it, despite the fact that I am a renter and my landlord instructed me to call the repairman. It was a very frustrating interaction, and, given the fact that they have so many positive reviews from others, I can't help but wonder if they acted that way because I am a young woman. They also didn't wear masks.
