Have had repeated issues with First National allowing funds to be paid out of my account in fraudulent transactions. Takes them a month to clear up the mistake, to make sure the transaction was in fact unauthorized. Each time I call in I have to go through a multiphase process to authenticate my identity. If they put any similar semblance of care in protecting my money as they do authenticating their own clients, there'd be a lot less loss of their client's money.

It was the craziest thing I just moved to Beaver Falls and all I wanted was to get a roll of quarters they told me that I needed to be an account holder to buy a roll of quarters I said ok how long will it take for me to set up an account they said I'm sorry you'll have to make an appointment I thought to myself am I really living in America that was one of the worst customer service experiences that Ive had in a long time and I just had to share it, maybe that rediculas policy will get changed.

So this was a big eye opener for myself. I did a cash withdrawal on an atm, slip ,card back money gets sucked back in . Atm is showing I received money that I did not receive on top of this it will not let me pull out any money I wait an hour go inside. Only to find out they take they're good old time with the dispute and I will get reimbursed once beyond the convenienve of reviewing the facts has come and gone .I was standing in the bank that the error occurred the money could of been counted in 5 minutes surely an hour and you just don't get to steal peoples money in any form or fashion. I left$ 2.75 in my account, it's all their competent to handle and its not going to upset balance ?

FnB scams with their overdraft fees. Use a bank that doesn't allow overdrafts!

When you run a business, you count on your bank to offer assistance when it's needed. At our previous bank, we didn't have that. At First National, we do. I just spoke with Dawn, the branch manager at our local branch and she not only answered my questions, she also proposed several options that would help our business assure we aren't going to be scammed. That's what I count on in a financial institution, taking an active role in keeping the customer safe. I'm very happy that we switched banks and went with a branch that is local and recognizes the needs of their customers.
