We had a furnace and air conditioner installed. The work was done when they said it would be. Had an issue, (not their fault but the manufacturer's) they came and took care of it in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend them!!

The two guys who came and redid our heating system were quick and efficient as a possibly could be given how difficult it was to access our heating unit. They did a great job and everything is working great and I really appreciate it.

Fredrick & Son Contracting was amazing. Chandra was a pleasure dealing with over the phone. Zack and Caleb were wonderful from assessing the problem with our furnace, ordering a new heat exchanger to coming back within a couple of days and installing it in a timely and professional manner. They made sure everything worked perfectly before they left. Will definitely be using them again and recommending!!Thanks for getting us heat back in the house!!

Caleb and Zach were fantastic! They were very personable, respectful and informative. They took care of my issue quickly and efficiently, even took the time to answer some questions I had about the furnace. Everyone I deal with at Frederick’s is amazing - Mark to Chandra to everyone that comes into my home and business. They are always my first call with HVAC work!

My furnace wouldn’t light and wasn’t sure what to do. I ended up calling Frederick and Sons contracting for the fix. 2 young men came and checked it out and got me running in no time. The next night it quit running again and I didn’t want to make it a big deal about it so I contacted one the guys that were here. Zach and Caleb made their way over after working till 6 at night and got me running smooth. Thanks to them I’m in tip top shape and warm again.Service: HVAC system repair

On a Saturday we found a gas leak outside at our meter. The gas company came out, gave us a new meter and valve, shut us off and told us to call someone to come and fix it. Monday we call d Frederick and Sons they had someone out in 45 min. The next day they came and completed the work in 2 hours! Was very nice and explained everything to us! There was a little miscommunication when it came to getting the gas turned back on but I think that was as mainly on my part, so I don’t fault them for that! The gas company came back out and turned on the valve and Frederick and Sons came right back out to get everything tested inside and to make sure we were running properly and even took them time to answer a question I had about another issue! Great company and would use again!

Waking up to no heat on a Sunday, we had another 24/7 local company come in and they said we had a bad heat exchanger, a bad circuit board and a bad gas valve. They recommended replacing the 6 year old Lennox furnace. We called to cancel the estimate for a new furnace after contacting Frederick and Son, and told them we were getting an estimate for a repair. At this point it is Monday morning and we had contacted Frederick and Son. An hour later the "other" company called back to say they could repair our furnace for $2015. We said we would get back to them.TO THE RESCUE! Frederick and Son sent Caleb who diagnosed the problem in less than 1 minute (seriously!!) Caleb determined we only needed a gas valve and ran out to get one. He came back quickly, replaced the gas valve and stayed to make sure the furnace would run through a couple of cycles. All Fixed!!END RESULT: A savings of over $1600 and a job that we were confident that was done correctly and completely!Thanks so much!!
