We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, everyone was very friendly. We had at least eight associates ask if we needed help. I would definitely recommend a store.

Terrible terrible experience. Sold me a defective RHEEM gas hot water heater. Management team is a JOKE. A manager dressed as a wiener called me unprofessional. Shop local not Home Depot.

I had a very poor customer service experience at your Home Depot store. I went with my fiancée to purchase a few things that he would need for work tomorrow. One of them being a hand vac. We grabbed one off the shelf and continued with our shopping. At the checkout the vacuum rang up for $79 instead of the $30 tag on the shelf. So the cashier asked if I could take a picture and I did. The "appliance manager" has zero customer service skills. There was no explanation or resolution to the problem offered or even thought of. this store would have made tens of thousands of dollars had they handled my issue properly and with just a little bit of compassion or understanding, however I will make sure that I NEVER spend another penny at this or any other home depot, ever!

I just want to start by saying thank you to Tyler, Damien Liz, Veronica, and Gabe for making my shopping experience a fast and friendly visit You guys turned a bad day with Lowe's into the best 15 minutes of my life I will drive the extra mile and burned the extra gas just to shop at a home depot and I am not just saying this about the Chippewa home depot even the Robinson home depot is the best home depot stores I have ever been in their very attentive and they see every customer all the way through home Depo has made my home DIY PROJECTS a very enjoyable on they get the average person that not sure what they are talking about but show them a picture and they got you. Thanks to the best staff ever

I normally buy lots of supplies at the Home Depot in Bainbridge, Ohio and I'm a diy'er. Years ago they were great but I went into the store this morning and it was a chaotic mess with dirty and dark aisles with employees talking in groups with themselves instead of helping customers. I went to go buy some treated deck boards and as soon as I arrived they basically closed the entire lumber department for restocking which should be done at night after the store is closed. The pandemic is no excuse. Sorry. This is the closest yard and I had 3 gaping holes in my backyard deck and is unsafe that I'm fixing. Nobody came up and greeted me and asked if I needed help. So when, I asked for help I was ignored because they seemed to be more busy in restocking shelves than helping customers. Besides that, when you crowd aisles with stuff including metal ladders and other junk, you make it a safety hazard!!! This is not a good way to treat your customers especially when I dump $1,000's of dollars there almost every year!!! Home Depot? You got an F today. SO I went to Carter Lumber in Burton, Ohio. 100% better. They were far better with their customers and took my order fast. I Got my order in. loaded the truck and back to the site in the same amount of time I waited for help at Home Depot. Carter Lumber got an A++ Why can't Home Depot learn from this and improve the service? It's easy.

Under this virus I Was not allowed to take a large cart with 15 sheets of plywood out the contractor door. I understand this. However I had a hard time Maneuvering this cart thru the main aisle to the check out area. It just makes common sense to completely MT this aisle so that carts can be easily moved, because you are forced to go this way. I will not buy anything else at this store until return to normal.

We went to get a new riding mower from Home Depot today. GREAT and I mean GREAT customer service. We were outside looking at mowers and the store manager came out and assisted us right away. We chose the mower we wanted and we were out of the store within minutes.

Another Store that I don't spend much money on these days after around this time last year I was pricing out a tool and decided to wait until the Christmas Special and get a bargain price not knowing that they raised the price $40 more and said it'sa "Christmas Special" Now am I Theo Lucius one that going crazy here? I should of bought it in October instead of waiting!! Ever since that happen... I go online and buy elsewhere.
