Never answer phones. Lucky if medicine is done on time or anytime. Staff could care less.... about anything. I had a few family members switch to Walgreens... much happier there

Attention all Rite Aide transfers. DO NOT switch to this pharmacy. I have been trying to work with them for the past year after recommendation from my doctor. They are out of my medicine every month. The pharmacist suggested that I call four days in advance to make sure they have my prescription. I don’t understand why I have to be in charge of their inventory, but here we are.
I called last night to make sure they would be able to have it filled today. They said yes it’s in stock it will be ready in the morning. call today and they said nope they are out of it the order it should be in by Monday. now I get to go without my medicine for several days. The pharmacist got angry when I questioned them about how to make sure that I didn’t have to go Without my medication for days as I have been doing regularly and she hung up on me.
I have warned my doctor not to refer patients to this practice. They said it’s disgraceful. Please be warned, do not transfer your prescriptions here. You will not get the same service you used to get at rite aide.

Been using them for about 5yrs now. Very steady staff who gets to Know you, and All are Really Friendly! Gives you that Hometown Pharmacy feel. WISH they had Delivery since they Can't put in a Drive Thru!!

Best pharmacy in the area! They'll go above and beyond EVEN during a NATIONAL medication shortage, which happened to had plagued mine. Now I have the meds I need, feel like a human being again, and life is good, A OK. I want to extend the warmest of thank yous to the kind pharmacist man who was the one who decided to help, I cannot be more grateful, you truly helped me. This pharmacy needs to be studied for good reason, as it should be the gold standard for every single new pharmacy in the United States of America, I have never recieved better customer/patient service anywhere in my many years of needing medication to maintain my mental sanctity. One of the few good ones left, others need to follow this places example. If you work here and read this, keep up your amazing work, it helps people like me so much it's unbelievable. A+++++, wish grades went higher than that, we'll call this place the Valedictorian of pharmacies.
