They are awful to work with. First thing that happened was they didn’t have my taxes in their office when my appointment was made to come sign my documents. We had to make a second trip to have our documents signed. Then I noticed that my pa dept of revenue taxes were not taken out of my bank account after authorizing H&R Block to pay them. I called their office for months and finally was able to speak with someone to send my tax return documents myself on 8-7. They never accounted for interest and penalties so 11-1 I received a letter from pa dept of revenue stating an absurd amount is due. H&R Block and I have been arguing over having this resolved for almost a month now. They send me a check for the amount that was due on the letter dated due 10-28 and the check was dated 11-18 and didn’t factor in again any interest or penalties but are blaming me that this is my fault. How are they even in business. They charged me to do my taxes but I’ve done more work than any of their employees and still don’t have this resolved. Frustrating and I would never recommend them to do any one’s taxes. Beware!
