“The UPS store is one of possible places to return Amazon packages. The staff was helpful and there was even a self help kiosk available. The Self Help Kiosk is simple to use if you have you Amazon package ready to return. Using it saved my at least 30 minutes waiting in line since there were other customers with Amazon returns not even prepared to be returned.”

“Went for real ID. The girl at check in was kind of abrasive and really not helpful but the process was easy and everyone else was friendly and very knowledgeable of the process. Definitely read the fine print on real ID documents. Some people coming in were turmed away due to incorrect documents.”
