“This garage is exceptional. We have used them numerous times for their towing services. The receptionist is always friendly, competent, and prompt in dispatching an employee to your location, who, I might add, are also always friendly, professional, and competent. Their prices are extremely more affordable than other garages in the area. I was especially pleased with them on one instance when my vehicle was stuck in the mud; a worker arrived quickly, freed my car in what seemed like seconds, and then proceeded to only charge me half of the standard price. I was able to make it to my destination not only on time, but with a little extra money in my pocket. If I wasn't so fiercely loyal to my mechanic, I would also use Bachman's for my other automotive needs, such as oil changes and major repairs. You can't go wrong with these guys.”

“I was in an accident and ended up calling roadside assistance for a tow. Waited with my car for 2 hours and I got no call from anyone regarding a tow truck being sent to us. Finally called for them for any news just to end up have them tell me it wouldn’t until the following morning until we could get towed. It was cold out, late at night, my youngest child was in the car and that was the worst news possible receive at the time. I had a friend direct me to Wharry’s Auto Transport. They were was in there in 15 minutes, had my car loaded in 10 minutes and dropped off all within a total span of 40 minutes. The reaction time, the service and the care for the customer was a 10 out of 10, best you’re going to find. Not only that but they made the billing and insurance part a seamless process. Couldn’t ask for better service, couldn’t ask for better care and couldn’t ask for a better response/reaction time than what I got. Whatever situation I find myself in the future or others I now that requires tow services, I will only call or have others call Wharry’s Auto-transport services and I suggest anyone else to do the same. Best service you are going to get in this area hands down. Not a close second. Thank you Wharry’s Auto Transport!”

“I was in a real tough spot, broken down with a car full of kids and my wife...late at night on a Sunday, in the cold! I called A-One Towing in Monaca (Swink's Sister Store). Larry, their tow-pro, got us picked up within 45 minutes. The next day, Swink's fixed my truck at a reasonable price, knocked a few shekels off of the tow since I had them do the repair and had me on the road. Brandon was friendly and professional, thoroughly explaining the diagnostic work and what they found (STUPID $20 SENSOR FAILED...grr). I will be using Swink's in the future for repair work...hopefully not too often.”

“They were who showed up to tow my van off when it got totaled in an accident. They were kind and helpful, gave me time to get things I needed out of the van and let my daughter sit in the tow truck to get out of the rain. They made the insurance company wait half a day so I could get down to the wrecker yard to get the rest of my stuff out of the van. I've never had anyone who didn't know me stand up to the insurance company for me before. They even offered to help me gather my stuff up, and gave me the name of a trustworthy local rebuilder, which I had been looking for for years. Having somebody plow into your car at a stop light is never a good thing. But Mr. Sullivan turned a disaster into a case of every cloud having a silver lining.”

The work was done by a mechanic/ body work specialist named Matt. He was the friendliest and one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I've talked to and or met ..he was highly professional and the work was done fast and also done right !!
