Terrible. They want access to your whole bank account and life just to rent a small truck for an hour.It takes longer to do their paperwork then it does to move into a new apartment.They said things over the phone day before that turned out to be totally false and it cost me

The best experience of any uhaul location. They allowed me to make a last minute size upgrade with no problems. The owner even went out of his way to give my son and me a ride home with packing supplies. Thank you for making a difficult move worry free! Highly recommend!

Left out information over the phone which made my day extra difficult. Could have been avoided if they were upfront.
