They refuse to take my mail and deliver it. Im going to be evicted because of this. I cant go anywhere due to health issues. Mayber check all mailboxes on your routes. My item has been sitting to mailed out for a week now.

My packages are usually ALWAYS late or missing or left at “unit” as in forgotten at post office instead of delivered on the day they were supposed to be. Mostly on Saturday’s they close at noon so it’s not like I can call either

I'd give a negative star if I could.This place is truly the living and breathing example of inefficiency and mind numbing buearacracy. You will never find so many people, who care so little about what they do or their customers. This place is a complete embarrassment as any form of agency.Come in, punch the clock....do the absolute bare minimum....punch the clock. Repeat.Oh, and USPS is going to raise prices and implement changes that will slow mail even more. That's an organizational decision, not this specific place, but it just gives you something even better to look forward to when you drag yourself into that place.Complete joke.

I ordered a part for my car and their employee just left my package on my neighbors step its missing i called them and they basically told me i was out of money and next time i have to come get it

We have always had our mail delivered wonderfully. Last weekend though, a package said it was delivered when it was not. After talking with our mailman, he was not successfully able to track it down as he was not the one who delivered it. He kindly gave me the contact info of his supervisor and everyone involved at the post office was IMMENSLEY kind and helpful. Within 5 hours they had found my package delivered a block down and got it to my mailbox by 5pm on a Friday, unopened and unharmed.

When we first came to Beaver Falls, we had some issues with the post office here. Since then, we've worked things out and they've been courteous, helpful and have gone out of their way more than once to make sure our packages arrive safely. My entire opinion of the post office here has changed recently for the better.

I've used this office many times for everything from stamp to money orders to packages. The postal worker have always been helpful and friendly. It can get busy at times so sometimes there is a wait.
