Went do the Verizon office in Chippewa on Friday, and had a great experience. I had two different issues that I needed help with. The representative gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on the best way to go, to add a new line. He was very thorough and explained everything very well. I had another phone that had been damaged and needed to submit a claim through Asurion which he walked me through, and another representative also helped,, there at the store and they got the phone ordered and was delivered to use within 2 days. Best experience I've had at a Verizon store. Would give them 10 Stars if I could!

Today, I had to go to Verizon to transfer all of the data from my husband's phone over to his new phone. I could have gone to a Verizon store close by me, but I decided to go up to the Chippewa Verizon store because they are always so good at customer service and technical support and helping with issues. I want to highlight and give a specific shout out to Melanie Eicher who was extremely professional, personable, so helpful, and definitely knew what she was doing. This is the only Verizon store I will go to! I highly recommend everyone going there because you will get great customer service!
