“We have never had any issues with any Vets, Vet techs, or any office staff. Frankly,we have never had a problem with anyone. Their prices are good. Their service is even better. I recommend anyone who has a dog seek out to BIG ROCK VETERINARY HOSPITAL. I never tòok a cat there, but i am sure the service would be the same. A+ from me.”

“Dr Maro is an outstanding Veterinarian. She is knowledgeable about traditional and non-traditional care and treatments and because of this, offers more options and choices when it comes to choosing treatments for animals. My dog is fear reactive and very nervous, however he feels safe and secure with Dr Maro and her staff. He loves going to the vet and this means as much to me as the care he receives while he is there. I often tease that he looks like he has been to the "puppy spa" after his doctors appointments! I also appreciate that she and her staff have always listened and are attentive to my concerns, taking my observations seriously and working with me to give my dog his best life. I recommend Dr Maro and her clinics to every animal lover I know. I'm very grateful that she is my dog's vet and I'm very grateful to know that he is in such good hands.”

“Have been going there for years. Recently my current dog has symptoms that could have been several diseases. Through some lab work thorough exam and X-rays they narrowed it down to Hypothyroidism. My dog has only been on his thyroid med a few days and we are already seeing an improvement. They are wonderful there so if you are looking for professional healthcare for your pet I highly recommend their care.Update 2/2/24My family was blessed with 2 beautiful fur babies the last 30 years and the best veterinary care. Dr.Kendrew, Dr.Steinbach and all the staff at BRVH provides, appropriate and compassionate care throughout your pets life including end of life care. “When my cat unexpectedly became ill they were able to quickly schedule me an appointment. The staff was very nice and listened closely. They were very gentle and attentive with my cat. The doctor gave me multiple treatment plans to help meet my budget. They quickly ran blood work and xrays. The doctor asked if I would like to see her xrays and explained in detail the results. She also explained in detail her bloodwork results. With the medication provided I saw improvement in a few days and shes back to being a happy kitty. Thank you so much!”
“They definitely care about your pet. This particular pet is elderly. His name is Chester. Cutest little guy you ever did see. He's a cockapoo. Well Chester is getting old and can't see very well and has glaucoma We contemplated if he was suffering. The vet said that as long as he is eating and drinking and he gets around the house. Hell be quiet fine. This eased our pain for him. Plus he seems quite happy with his owner. So I felt the veterinarian is caring and understands what people go through with their pets.”
