The associates are very friendly . They go above and beyond just to help a customer regardless if it more than depositing money in their bank. Your just like being a member of their families. A great bank to do your banking . Give it a try and tell them I sent you. I hold no clout. But say Linda with the phone recommended them

Long time customer of Woodforest but relatively new to 100 Chippewa in Beaver Falls. Third visit but 2nd worst experience with the bankers at this location. Crystal (banker) was assisting me and it was obvious that she did not want to help me, she would mumble under her breath as I asked her questions and even told me that she was spending way too much time helping me. I was literally humiliated by her treatment. Never once apologized. Bronson came from the back and attempted to help, Crystal went on break. No apology and excuse for her behavior by Bronson. Terrible customer experience!

Several times I have deposited checks that have my business name along with my personal name on it without an issue. So now they suddenly can't deposit it. I'm a small new business owner and run a good amount of money through Woodforest. Well not anymore!! Their methods of depositing are out of date and take way to long. Time to find a new bank for my business account that actually work with people and know what their actually doing.

I lost my information for banking online . I have emailed them numerous times only to not get a reply . I have tried to re enroll only to have the site freeze , or it is temporarily out of service . I have many issues with this bank since I have joined . I'm regretting it and now thinking about going to a new bank .

We have been with wood forest for 5 years and just recently moved to Beaver Falls. Our experience with the female teller has been less than pleasurable. She is rude, every time we go. When told she was rude she states she's been there for 6 years and has never been told this. I doubt that.
