Xfinity platform is horrible. $260 a month for cable that says please try again. A phone line that can’t handle speed. Everything must be done at a sloth pace on the Xfinity platform otherwise it will crash out your phone and make nothing work. 1st time customer , last time customer. DirectTv has never done me wrong!

The associates were very helpful. Had a few problems transferring phones, but they were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Worst carrier i have EVER had to deal w..Sat on hold for an hour. Even talked to the supervisor and my billing issue was still not resolved..Do your self a favor and get another carrier other than Xfinity!!

Absolutely horrible experience switching here durning a pay off promotion. The staff has no idea what they are doing. I’ve had to drive an hour both ways FOUR times to beg them to do what they said from day one and my issues are still not resolved. I even spoke with the store manager who promised to take care of my issue and I have contacted the BBB. my issues are still unresolved and they are doing nothing to fix it. They lie and say whatever to get you out of there and then don’t do anything they said. This place is a crap show. If you want scammed or to waste multiple days of your life come to Chippewa xfinity!

I was recently at the store with my godson for a updated modem & the gentleman that helped me was steve-o ...he was very sweet...pleasant...helpful...respectful & also gave me information about cell phone service I wasn't aware of & I so appreciated his sevice...honesty & his knowledge I will definitely be changing my cell phone service very soon & will have this gentleman help me do that....everyone there seemed very good with their customers... Thank you Steve for ur patience & service 🙂

I broke my phone last weekend for the first time since I was in college. I needed a new one and showed up at open. Walter, who I believe is the store manager, took care of me. I was in a horrendous mood and couldn't muster up a good mood to save my life. This store was full of people and busy. Walter or one of his teammates would try and upsell every single person that walked into the store and IPad for 50% off or some other deal. I would imagine this was because their DM was in store (I've worked retail and sales). Walter and a couple of the other guys' yinzer bro energy belie their ability to sell and, much more importantly, relate to people. I was in that store for an hour and a half. If it was merely picking a new phone and activitating it, it would have have been 20 minutes. I was locked out of 2 step verification with Samsung because, before my old phone broke, I changed numbers due to excessive spam. This is a horrible experience and I'm still in digital purgatory for another 10 days or so because I needed my 2nd step updated to my current number. Its also not anyone's fault but Samsung's and needs fixed. Walter took this in stride and tried repeatedly to get me connected, and even though he let me know I could leave at any time and wait for Samsung customer service to contact me, I wasted my time thinking it might work and got frustrated. I wasn't outright mean to anyone there but I was definitely angry. Even when I was ready to pop, Walter asked me if he could put on my screen protector... and that's when he won me over. Working in retail is not only frustrating but can be demeaning and downright abusive at times. These guys are not just motivated to sell but kind and genuine. Keep it up. I'm sure you guys are smashing it in Chippewa.

Comcast is a garbage company who lies to their customers and has no concern with actually helping anyone who calls their customer service. They can't help and they refuse to send you to a supervisor and then they just hang up on you like you as a customerean nothing. All they care about is their bottom line and if I had the option I would 1000% switch to another company. Booooooooooooo.
