Went to discuss new service. The guy was nice but wasn’t able to give us all the answers and suggest to go to the corporate store in Robinson twp. As we were leaving the older lady working commented. “So you just gonna get frustrated and not switch” very rudely. When I turned back and asked what she just had a smirk on her face. Me and my husband were not upset or frustrated at all when we were going to try the Robinson store. But instead we went 4 stores down to Verizon and they were very helpful and patient and we just upgraded with them. The ignorance of that lady lost a whole family switching over because she had to make an unnecessary comment. 0/10 recommendations. Horrible customer service.

Absolute worst internet company by far. They lie about the speeds they can provide and then gaslight you when you check and do speed tests and blame the customer. Also the woman at the desk was rude. She didn't make eye contact not once the whole time I talked to her and looked like she didn't want to be there. If customer service isn't your thing, then why even have that job?

5 hrs in store to get new phone and switch att to Xfinity. internet was off all day Monday and now my new phone drops every call.do not recommend switching!!

My husband came in for a new phone. The screen was cracked. When he talked with a rep J.C she said What do you want me to do about it? “Gave him a hard time. He ended up with a new phone that didn’t make or receive calls. He went back a second time and was treated terrible . He has his new phone now and hopefully it works. We are looking into going back to Verizon. They have excellent customer service. You don’t treat people that way no matter what !

Yesterday my wife and I visited this store to switch our Mobil service to Xfinity. Robert did an amazing job of navigating the process with his expert product knowledge. As smart as he was with all things Xfinity it was his patience and empathy that set him apart. The world could use a few million more Roberts. Thank you!

Gave up ever going into this store. The owner is a dicriminator, refuses to listen yo concerns only yells or passes blame. The older lady behid the countr acts like she doesnt want to be there. Customers get treated with a condecending attitude. Oh and they fire people who struggle with mental health. They are some of the worst human beings ive seen in a while. But hey this post will disappear like my last 2.

Absolutely sick to my stomach. Misleading and dishonest representative, lies in broken english, I am filing a fraud claim and have to ship a phone back I never ordered. The representative added a whole other line to my account without even informing me. Completely unbelievable. The store was unable to help me and I've been on the god damn phone for an hour and a half over this.

Worst service I have ever experienced. There is no guarantee that you will have service. In the last three days there have been three outages, which seems to be business as usual for Xfinity/Comcast. Complaints have been filed with FCC and PA AG.

Have seldom been so disappointed and frustrated with any service provider in all my years. They took away my land line and made me take a cell phone with no directions, manual, etc., and it does not work...and the people who try to help try very hard, but are hard to understand and they ask you to do a task but the buttons you need to push aren't on the screen and there's no way to access them. Very, very disappointing and frustrating as the phone is the only way to access medical help and assistance and reaching out to family for help is exceedingly timeconsuming. I had been a satisfied customer (always paid my bills on time) for the past 50 plus years...back when they were Adelphia! and this is how they treat loyal customers! Very disappointed.

This is the second time that Xfinity has decided to do maintenance on a workday in my area. Trying to work off my hotspot is almost impossible and I’m irritated beyond belief. They are making my job literally hard because they are doing maintenance at times of the day that are super inconvenient to people. Stop doing this. If you call to talk to somebody, they won’t let you speak to an agent because the agent won’t be able to help. What if I want to file a complaint? Do this on a weekend when people don’t typically work early in the morning or super late at night. Stop messing with peoples Internet during their workdays. ???

Worst cell phone provider on the planet. Trying to even make a call from Walmart gets the reception as if I was 8 mi underground in a mine. Wish I could give 0 stars, only review I'd be that critical of.

If there was a hell on earth, it’s this place. The people don’t want to help you even if you make an appointment. I needed billing help and to simply upgrade. They don’t know up from down and all gave me conflicting answers and different prices. Went two days in a row and got NOWHERE with these uneducated individuals. Comcast is a joke anymore. Frustrated is an understatement. Shame on you.
