“I came here for the first time for my inspection. Was given an appointment and in and out in a timely manner. All of the workers are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to help anyone who needs it. Today I called at 3:00pm after noticing I had a screw in my tire and this was the first place I'd ever go if I needed service in the area! They booked an appointment at 4:30 and I was out just after 5pm without a second thought. I am grateful for the staff and team members here providing great service to the neighborhood. The value and wholesomeness of the company shines through in every quote they do. They are very reasonably priced. As I walked in for my appointment today they were helping a woman get a rebate handled for her new tires. They will save you money any time they can. Preventative maintenance is the best care you can give you're vehicle, and I trust these guys with both of my households vehicles! I would recommend Jack Williams Tire & Auto in Hazleton, PA every time if you need anything for your vehicle! Thanks guys!”

“Took my vehicle there to find out why my check engine light is on and throwing so many codes. Dropped it off at 10am and the woman in the office was nice enough to give me a ride home. Got the call around 7pm with the diagnostic results, unfortunately I need a transmission. He asked if I needed the woman to give me a ride again, but I had a ride. When I asked what the charge is, he was kind enough to waive it. Whenever I need work done in the future, I'll definitely be going back. Unfortunately, he doesn't do transmission work. He was very honest and thorough, telling me exactly what is wrong with it, not just that it needs to be replaced.”
