Through the years of purchasing from Benfer's furniture, I have been pleased. However, I purchased three maple tables (2 end tables and 1 coffee table). Having problems. I was told they would pick them up and take care of them. It has been quite some time and they have done nothing!

We just moved into the area in need of furniture, and walked through the front greeted with an older lady named Jean, saying "Where did you come in!" Should of been my clue as to the kind of service we were going to have. I told her that I messaged them via facebook and asked what kind of recliners they had, and she immediately got combative and started correcting the information received from the owners wife. My better half, a more patient and chivalrous man, talked me down from arguing with her. She finally settled down and we began looking at recliners, and bought a grandfather clock, took a recliner off the floor and ordered another. They said it would take 6 months, and after a few months I asked if we could just cancel the order because we were really in need of another recliner. No one had our information, and after a couple of calls to the elderly staff, I quickly realized that it would be easier to just let it go, and wait for it to come in. When it did come in, what do you know they found my info, and began calling. Only to say to call them.....never leaving a message that the chair was actually in. I messaged them on facebook which was convenient for me, to be told yes it was in, and that the chair was suddenly $140 more than my receipt! Millie the owners wife and I began a conversation, and was told that "Please call. Please no more messages. Thanks Millie" and then "I can't deal with this messaging. If you want it delivered please call We can this weekend" and then this....."You answered none of our calls!! You don't have to take it because we have another buyer." I went to the store and an hour later to find the chair we'd been waiting on, for sale on the floor. Not cool! They lost our order, and the only reason they could find me, was because of my messaging! Needless to say that Millie and Jean, were defensive, argumentative and downright rude. The owner of the store Paul, is clearly the reason the store has been in business so long.....he was doing his best to rectify and take responsibility for their carelessness, but was quickly ushered away, and I was told to leave the store. I will never return, and not how someone who spent $1750 the first time they stepped into a business should of been treated, from start to finish. Poor customer service from these ladies, and it's unfortunate.

Outstanding quality, prices, and delivery. I have many pieces decades old that were used so hard by dogs and humans I have had them reupholstered. Worth every penny as the construction was sturdy and second to none. Paul and Millie only sell top quality. The furniture is built to last a lifetime.

Happened upon this glorious shop while visiting from MI. Beautiful, stylish, pieces for all tastes. Excited to stop in again on our next return to Beaver Springs.
