I used to think tat this was the best appliance store-until the two trolls in the parts department thought it ok to "whisper" ignorant comments about my 87 year old Vietnam vet father as he walked in the store Yes my father is partially deaf-I am not. This will be the last time they will ever deal with anyone in my family again

If they don't have the part you need they get it fast.. just got a evaporator motor for my fridge. The only thing I don't like is the service and parts hours differ from store hours

They do no return calls plus this--They delivered an appliance to my home that was damaged- and the sales rep told the driver I could call him if I wanted a discount. Why wasn't I informed before the delivery?

Wonderful experience dealing with AK Nahas. Recently purchased washer, dryer and stove. Prices were very reasonable, delivery/take away, plus all hook ups were done at no charge which is awesome. Adam our salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery guys did an awesome job and were very careful getting the appliances in and out of the house. Would highly recommend and will be buying any additional appliance from AK Hahas without a doubt

Purchased a dishwasher from A.K.Nahas. Salesperson was great on the phone. On the day of delivery, I heard nothing from their 3rd party installer. I left a message around 10:30am in their New Appliance department asking for a call back with an e.t.a. No return call. I called again at noon and had to call twice to route my call to their operator since, at that time, still nobody was answering in their appliances department. When a woman got on the phone who seemed to be in charge, I was basically told, "We're sorry. We know it's a problem, but we're not going to do anything about it." As someone who has spent the majority of my life in customer service...that's called a kiss-off. That is basically saying, "Sorry, but we don't care about the service you receive from us."

I have back problems from an accident and difficulties in sleeping. I searched on the internet for a Power Recliner, resulting in delivery time of several weeks. My daughter took me to the Nahas store room where I found the right Power Recliner. It was shipped THE NEXT DAY!!

Our neighbor referred us to NaHas when our fridge/freezer quit cooling.I phoned NaHas asking for the sales rep our neighbor recommended. A really articulate conciderate woman suggested talking to service department first, then kindly transferred my call. Service department was really nice & told me Donny could be here today after he finishes another call.When Donny arrived, he was very considerate & knowledgeable. He found the issue in a few seconds (bad relay), & put in a temporary one while he ordered us a new one.He also considerately untangled the water line to fridge & turned off water to ice maker we don't use.The then kindly explained to Hubby via speaker phone.We are very grateful & definitely recommend him.
