Well I thought this place had good food until I went last Saturday and got two hot dogs and a medium milkshake and it cost me almost $13, and when I got my food the hot dogs were both shriveled and dry looking like they were hot dogs from the night before. I think the worst part about it is when I got my food and paid for it they handed me the card reader and expected a tip. I'm so glad I didn't leave a tip because it was the worst hot dog I've ever had

WOW! Will not be returning to this Dairy Queen! Guy working the drive thru I believe said his name was Dave? seemed to be intoxicated while hanging out the window speaking to my friend and I carrying a twisted tea lite in his back pocket? What kind of establishment allows it workers to drink on the job? If I could give zero stars I absolutely would!

If there was a lower star level this would be it! Our travels take us to this DQ far too often. We routinely get 2 large twist cones BUT they are rarely ever bigger than a small! Staff is mostly unfriendly except once we had an engagement younger guy who I can only assume was the owner because he actually knew what he was doing and served actual large (extra large if I'm being honest) cones! That said, tonight's cones were honest to God SMALLER THAN A SMALL!! And for some reason cones at this DQ are $.80-$1.00 MORE than other county DQ's? All in all a truly forgettable experience that I will avoid at all cost moving forward!

Ice cream blizzard good. Staff not friendly, don't seem to want to be there. Seemed short with customers. Ice cream in parfait buster bar not very creamy and not enough nuts. Not as good as it used to be.

Customer service needs attention!!!!!A "thank you", "how can I help you?", or "have a nice day"...anything?? A smile would go a long way too!! ?Also, check your receipts!! Upon our last visit, I noticed a manual tip was added to my order? I gave my debit card to the drive-thru and asked for the receipt. I was surprised to see a tip was manually added, without asking OR my approval ?Don't get me wrong, I always tip for good service and will generally tip 20% or more, depending on the experience. I wasn't asked or given the option of a tip, it was simply added. I didn't go back, as the tip was minimal, but also unacceptable.

I don't usually write too many reviews but I was very disappointed by the way I was treated. No hello No thank you. I pulled out a $50 bill and the only thing he said to me was do anything lower than that. And when he rang me out he didn't even tell me how much I owed him . He then Hands me by my bag . He said nothing to me so I said thank you. What has happened to our society. It makes me sad for the way people are treated these days. These kids want a paycheck but really don't want to work.

It was a normal DQ, but a little small; only 2 small seats, but they do have outside seating.We had an event that had us there late (about 15 mins before closing) and the one employee kept staring at us. We weren’t making a mess or anything just enjoying our blizzards.Then at 8:30 (closing) he immediately came out and said “we are closed”.Food was pretty standard but first time using the online app for advanced purchase and it worked amazing! Kudos to them for this.Parking: The parking area is a bit small but nothing to worry about but good to know if it may be busy.

My grandmother loves Dairy Queen but the past couple of times she’s been to this particular location she has had to b hospitalized because of a nut allergies I know my grandmother and she is very up front about allergies where every we go so for her to come to this location and to be hospitalized twice is completely unacceptable the employees here are not only rude their negligent I’ve walked in a few times and immediately left because the employees are either non existent or to “busy to help” the only employee that was somewhat helpful and my grandparents ranted and raved about and truly enjoyed his customer service was an employee named Jessie.. the experience at this location has been terrible and we Weill seek legal action. And also this location dosent pick up the phone I’ve called on two occasions and the phone rang and rang and rang absolutely disgusting ?

I pulled up to the drive thru and after waiting quite some time I was met with “You can go ahead and order.” I pulled up and mentioned that it might be appropriate/considerate to say may I help you? Some abrasive woman(?) said she was talking to another customer have a nice night in a sarcastic tone while closing the window on me mid sentence. This rude customer service cured me from ever returning. I called to find the name of owner and was hung up on. Worst customer service ever!

Went thru the drive thru last night, the girl taking my order was extremely unfriendly. I ordered what would typically be too much food for our kids but they were actually left hungry this time. 2 - 6 piece chicken strip baskets (no drinks), a small blizzard and a twist cone with sprinkles. The chicken strips were half the size of what they were just last week and each came with maybe a handful of fries. The twist cone came out as just vanilla with sprinkles on only half of the cone, like they didn’t even try to turn the cone in the sprinkles. The girl was so miserable I didn’t even bother saying anything. This “meal” cost me $31, I will not be back.
