While dropping off a return for Walmart at Dollar General, State Street Beaver, the clerk was adamant, actually argumentative, that the return should be processed by scanning the original shipping label as opposed to the return QR code I had displayed on my phone. Imagine my surprise when my return showed up back at my house two days later. I then took it to Walgreens in Rochester where my return was processed correctly and professionally.
