“My wife and I have been separated for almost 5 years ago and recently started talking again. She was about to start a new job and I wanted to surprise her with flowers. I went online and picked an arrangement that featured purple orchids since that was her bridal bouquet. Within about 5 minutes of placing my order I got a text from Bonnie saying that she couldn't get orchids and she helped me talk through alternatives. About a week later and a few days before the flowers were scheduled to be delivered I remembered that she loves lavender and I texted Bonnie back to share that memory and asked if she could accommodate that request. The day of delivery my wife texted me that she absolutely loved the arrangement and there were flowers she had never seen in an arrangement before and she was amazed and delighted with the variety and attention to detail! I've never had customer service so good from a blind online purchase. I will absolutely be ordering from her again!”

“As someone who has fallen victim to fake online flower shops more than once when ordering out of state for funerals, I told myself I will only be ordering from local florist from now on. And let me say Heritage did not disappoint! I called to place the order the day before the service and they let me know that the truck for delivery was pulling out at the moment I was calling, so they put me on hold to see if driver could wait a moment for my order and I was so appreciative they were able to accommodate me!

When ordering they asked me what I wanted to include in the card, what my budget was, and what I wanted the arrangement to look like. They even went above and beyond making it personalized for our loved one (I’ll let you guess from the pictures 😉). Before they sent my arrangement out for delivery they even sent me a picture to confirm I liked it!

Last Saturday, I ordered flowers for a funeral and used the online florist service that showed up in the obituary. They took my order and guaranteed delivery by 2pm EST today. At 11am, I received a text and email from the service that they could not fulfill the order. Needless to say, I was really ticked off (I'll be reviewing that service later).

I called Lydia's on the recommendation from the funeral home. I told her the situation and asked if it were possible to have a beautiful funeral arrangement delivered in three hours. Because of the situation, an employee (not their normal delivery person) offered to deliver so that the arrangement would make it on time for the showing. A beautiful spray arrived early, not just on time.

That is the service that you rarely see these days.
