The old man who seems to be a receptionist is very rude. Don't waste your time or money..There are two salons beside Kelly's that are very professional and I recommend either one of them.

I love Kelly's Cuts...I moved to Beaver County from Pittsburgh and searched for a salon that stylist that were up up to date with cuts and colors and didn't go wrong once I found them. I would trust everyone of the girls there to do my hair. I have not been disappointed in over 7 years.

I love this salon! Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the salon itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained. My stylist, Rachael, does an excellent job.

Carson is an absolute joy and has transformed my hair in just two subsequent visits. Her knowledge of color and adding depth to my hairstyle have been beneficial. Highly recommend her as a stylist!

First time and struggling with the aging factor and cost of maintaining health and beauty. A friend recommended Kelly’s. Cuts as reasonable and satisfaction. I’ve never felt so sad leaving a salon as I did the other evening. As said first time and maybe it was my stylist and communication but what I got and what I paid had me in tears. I don’t think I’ll be returning. I do have to say that other stylists and their clients outcomes were amazing. Sorry Kelly’s cuts. Great location, very busy establishment but I did not have a good experience.

First off the staff is absolutely amazing. Whenever I called to set up an appointment for me and my boyfriend's daughters Kelly was so accommodating and answered all my questions. When we arrived to our appointment all the staff and owners husband were so nice. Rachael took on a huge project of a 12 year olds wild and damaged hair and made it look incredible. Carson did a fantastic job with the teenage girls hair who probably took 100 photos of her new hair. As for me, Bree did my hair and I'm so in love with the color she did. All 3 women were so nice and made our own experience fun. We will 100% be going back for all of our hair care needs.

Kelly's has a wide range of services. The staff is highly skilled with cuts, hair styles, color, nails & pedicures. There are a number of other treatments. The staff is so kind. It's a very busy place!

Wow! What a great salon. I had an appointment with a different nail salon across the street and waited 40 mins and left and found Kelly’s. They fit me in less than 5 minutes. Kennedy did my nails. Great talent as most of the girls do both nails and hair. Kennedy did an amazing job as my nails were terrible from a week of gardening. Great place!
