They've had my family vehicle for almost a month to fix a bumper, tailgate and two lights. Zero communication from the dealership at all. Accident happened Sept. 2nd they didn't get my car in until December 5th. Said it would take a week, then two. Now we are past week 3 heading into week 4. So since it's Christmas weekend we can't get a rental now, the body shop said the car would be ready today...... surprise!!!! It's not and won't be for awhile, haven't even finished the body work after having it 3 whole weeks!! Take you car somewhere else, this crew is full of older men who don't want to work, they sit around all day doing nothing. It's almost been 3 years since the covid outbreak, I think it's time all businesses stop using it as an excuse to be lazy, raise prices and suck at your job.

Just wanted to publicly thank James Sokolovich and Tom Peters in the Service Department at Nick Crivelli Chevrolet for their assistance with my 2021 Chevy Silverado RST, when the check engine lights came on. Not only did they quickly address that, they took care of 2 recalls I didn't even know about and took care of my oil change. They went above and beyond and I like to thank those that give good service. That's hard to come by these days. Thanks guys!

This is a great dealership. We purchased a truck from them about 18 months ago and it was the smoothest purchase we've ever made on a vehicle. They gave us a great price for our trade. We just had the truck into them for service and that was also a great experience. They have our business from here on out. There are other Chevy Dealers closer to us, but they don't hold a candle to this place. Thank you, Nick Crivelli!

Horrible experience and customer service. Had taken my car here to the body shop to have some work done. They had my car for 22 days at first. Keeping me very little informed of what about was going on during this time. Then when I was finally called to come pick up my car I went to pick it up and I left the dealership and was less then 5 minutes away when all my lights in my dash came on. Which is something I made sure would be fixed when I dropped the car off. So I had to take my car back to the dealership where they then had it for an additional 3 days. Not happy with the experience at all. I will say the receptionist was very helpful and so friendly.

Friendly courteous salespeople, very understanding of our needs, willing to explain every detail and answer all of our questions. I am a repeat customer and fully intend to continue doing so.

Went in today for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2015 Malibu. The people there are courteous and got the vehicle in fast. had everything done in about 35 minutes. The only problem I had with them today was they took the time to check the cabin air filter, which included removing the glove box, pulling out the filter, then showing me it needed replaced (basically already doing half the work), then telling me it would be roughly $60 to have the new filter installed...

I bought my second car here a little over a year ago. My last car was shot and I needed a car asap so I didn't have the luxury of shopping around. I took a certified pre owned 2016 Chevy Cruze that ended up being a little over $18,000. Shortly after that a friend of mine got a brand new Chevy Cruze (2018) for a little over $16,000. I had some serious buyers remorse after buying my Cruze but like I said, needed a car fast, didn't have much of a choice... it is what it is. My biggest issue is their service department. With my first car I always took it elsewhere but they stressed the importance of servicing it at the dealership so I've been trying. If you just want a standard oil change/tire rotation you're going to wait 3 hours if you're a walk in. I've discovered that if you schedule an appointment you'll wait significantly less but if you call in, they will not let you schedule an appointment. "Just walk in!" the guy will tell you over and over again while repeating their hours. It's frustrating. If you go on the website you can create an appointment on there. The last time I was having issues with the website and I called in, couldn't get them to schedule anything with me. I ended up going to Walmart for my oil change. The one time I did have an appointment it only took an hour but I wasn't informed. I walked to my mother's house nearby to wait. They called but I let it go to voicemail. I've had the same phone phone number for over ten years and I get a lot of random solicitors and the number they were calling on didn't match the service center number I called so I assumed it wasn't them. I thought for sure they'd have left a voicemail if it was them. 3 hours later I finally called in, hoping my car was close to being done only to be told it had been done for a while. This is partially my fault for assuming it wasn't them but why wouldn't you leave a voicemail? I spoke to a woman earlier who, while pleasant most of the call got real defensive when I expressed my frustrations and told me "I have to defend our service department." She claimed they would never not schedule an appointment if asked for one and implied that I was lying. The sales people are all really nice. I dunno. It's very average. Not terrible but not great either. I'll definitely be asking friends and checking out other dealerships for my next vehicle.
