We Had Outstanding Experience! Breakfast was top of the line. Love how safe and secure the establishment was. We were able to walk the streets back from dinner also! Russ and Cathy are great!!

Spent a wonderful 3 nights in the Water Street room and was so impressed! The cleanliness of the entire home was unsurpassed in all my travels. Seriously, every inch of the property was immaculate. The location can’t be beat and I really enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful porch overlooking the river. The hosts, Kathy and Russ, offered informative and interesting insight into the area. I appreciated their recommendations for dining (Frank G’s and Wooden Angel for fine dining) and the antique toaster collection demonstration was an unexpected bonus. The historic property was almost completely restored so you enjoy modern conveniences in a historic surrounding.

I had such a wonderful stay at Riverside Bed & Breakfast! The building itself is absolutely beautiful, full of charm and character, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The hosts were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. And I can’t forget to mention the apple cake, it was absolutely amazing and a highlight of my stay. I would highly recommend Riverside Bed & Breakfast to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful Riverside bed-and-breakfast while we were in town for a wedding. The accommodations are wonderful and the river views are special. The home is well appointed at the room was very comfortable! If we are back in the area, we would definitely stay again!

This is a lovely stay. Great comfortable beds and linens, great cool front porch with breeze as you watch Kayaks on the Beaver River. Owners are delightful and gave a demonstration of collection of antique toasters at breakfast. There is no TV or WIFI if that is your thing. Great selection of local shops, bakeries and restaurants are available and some within walking distance. We ate at Biba ( reservations suggested) and it was EXCELLENT. We then took a short trip to Harmony for an antique store and had lunch at the Harmony Inn which was another great place. We stopped at farm stands and many of the nearby villages had great little shops like Zelionople.
You can rent kayaks just down from this B&B and nearby in Beaver you can take fly fishing classes.
Our room had a great private bathroom as each room does and coffee, tea and water are available.

This was a true respite on a long road trip ! Their communication and personalization is unmatched. We felt like we were home the moment we walked in and were greeted by Russell! The historic home is incredibly maintained and preserved with every attention to detail you can imagine! The work they have done there and the feeling of home that Kathy and Russell create is a reminder for how important it is to invite others in and share. They reflect love and kindness as we all prepare for the next parts of our journey.
As I have a lot of allergies they were accommodating to my Gluten and Dairy allergies and provided a small fridge for our things as well.
The town itself is also lined with restaurants and some shops! We felt so comfortable and cannot wait to return !

My husband and I just spent our honeymoon here and we are SO glad we choose to stay at Riverside!! We love historic homes and Russ & Cathy have done phenomenal work on this home to give you a glimpse of the past while maintaining modern comforts. Not to mention they love sharing their knowledge! I cannot recommend staying here at Riverside enough, we hope to come back soon :)

My sister and I were in town for a not so fun reason, but Cathy and Russ made us feel at home. The rooms were wonderful, the house itself was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you, Cathy and Russ for a very pleasant stay.

Hosts were the best. Rooms clean, comfortable and safe. Great breakfast on the weekend. Very accomodating. We were there for BOOM! and they had no problem with us hanging out on their beautiful porch after hours. We will be back.

This B&B is such a gem! Russ & Cathy have done an amazing job with this home! They are the sweetest couple and made us feel so welcomed from the minute we arrived! We stayed in the Dunlap room and it was a beautiful room! The bathroom was so big and also beautifully decorated. They also go all out with their amazing breakfast in the morning! We felt very spoiled. We can’t wait to come back again!

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, the room was cozy, the breakfast was delicious, and we had a blast getting to learn a little about the house and some antique collections! It was a wonderful bed and breakfast. Highly recommend for your stay in Beaver!
