Trek Bicycle Beaver is a great shop with knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff. The service is spectacular, quick, and super fast with reasonable turn-around times, often completing repairs the same or next day. They provide great options, reasonable recommendations, and fair prices on their killer bikes and all necessary accessories. Customers report great experiences with repairs, tune-ups, brake bleeds, wheel rebuilds, and fork or shock service. The team treats people extremely well, making it a go-to bike shop that many strongly recommend and will not go anywhere else.
The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; especially Garrett. They got my road-worn 20-year-old bike running like new, so I’m extremely satisfied. I have and will continue to recommend this shop to others.

My bike was badly damaged in a crash. The writer did not get hurt, but the bike certainly did. They fixed the bike quickly and to my satisfaction cost was satisfactory to me.
