Friendly place but waiting to talk to someone from loan dept to come up from downstairs to talk with me was LONG!!!!

I have been a member of WAC for better than 20 years, and I have never had a problem with them.I have reccomended WAC to friends and will not hesitate to do so in the future. 5 stars was the highest rating I could give or it would have been higher
