We purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer here, and
Not even 2 weeks later check engine light came on. We took it in and they fixed the problem with in the same day. Thank you Lance we appreciate it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good used car.

All the way 5 +. Purchased a 2008 suburban. So far very happy with the purchase. Found out when we had it at our mechanic that the front struts needed replaced and Bechtel auto re-inversed us a hand written check on the spot the cost of the repair. Unheard of in our day.

Purchased a used 2013 Ford Pick up 4 x 4 fro Bechtel , in July Doug and Lance were great, had a running issue, called ZLance said bring up as soon as can , found engine misfiring different cylinders, repairs were made that day at No Charge warranty. Bechtel's Auto is very Honest, Respectful Auto business. Thank you very much!

Bought a pickup from Lance and in a few days I noticed a puddle under it, I called Lance and he said bring it in and he had his guys look at it and said the radiator had a crack in it. He replaced the radiator and had it back to me in 4 hours. Good job Lance

My husband and I were interested in a few vehicles he had to offer, have the cash ready in my purse. Wouldn’t let us test drive without my husband’s trade. Let us take the keys just to look at a few but not drive them. Thought that was weird. We just told you we don’t need financing. Shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. We’ll take my CASH elsewhere.

Great experience purchasing an SUV . Even when we had a mechanical problem a couple of weeks later, Lance was so helpful and ordered the part and had it repaired in less than 24 hrs. Highly recommend them !

All the trucks and SUVs seem to be in nice shape. I got an F150 that looks and drives great. Got a 1 month warranty on the drivetrain but when one of the brackets broke on the muffler Lance told me to bring it in and they welded it back up in a few minutes. Over all good experience with a dealer offering nice vehicles at a fair price.

Doug and lance are great to deal with I bought a truck 15 years ago and SUV most recently no issues and even if there is after a month or so they take care of it no problem my daughter bought a suv from them and most recently her husband bought a truck no issues what a great place to buy a vehicle Doug and lance are honest and trustworthy and there vehicles are always in top condition iam a customer for life

Bechtel Auto Sales is one of the only small car dealerships still around that have respect and integrity for their inventory and customers. Very reliable SUV’s and amazing customer service. If you are in need of an SUV and don’t want to deal with other dealers BS and trying to get one over… go to Bechtel. Ask for Lance. He was wonderful with the whole process.
