There were no other cars waiting so they checked mine immediately. They disgnosed the problem but could not fix it since they did not have the part. Adam M helped me over the phone and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He didn’t waste any time figuring out exactly what I needed and made the process smooth during a stressful moment.
Small world — he mentioned he went to school in Clarksville and we’re around the same age, which was a nice personal touch. Customer service like that goes a long way, especially when you’re not even able to come into the store.
