Stopped in on Father's Day at the Bedford, PA store on Lincoln Hwy coming back from a festival. Needed a new battery. Ray was such a huge help and extremely friendly. Took a bit of time to get it changed but he made the whole process very pleasant. So Ray. If you see this, thank you from the tie dye shirt guy on Father's Day day with the pain in the rear Ford Escape.

My daughter was in a dire situation on January 17 close to closing time and two amazing gentlemen rescued her! Her car alternator had gone bad and her car was literally dying. I am so personally grateful to Michael and Cody for their concern and expertise as they fixed her car so she could finish her trip to New Castle, PA. Thank you so very much!! You were life savers!

I want to publicly thank Michael and Cody, two mechanics working at Autozone on 1/17/25. They stayed open 45 minutes past closing time in the freezing cold to help me replace my alternator and charge my battery when I was driving by myself. These men were truly an answer to prayer. They knew exactly the problem and found a solution. I was back on the road in only 45 minutes from an issue that could've taken days to fix. Words can't express how grateful I am for these two men. Thank you!!!

My battery couldn't hold up with the winter weather and wind and they saved my ass with a jump! I have always shopped Autozone and will continue to do so. Please give them all your automotive business!

I was on the expressway coming from Everett exit when my car started smoking. I got off at the Interchange and pulled into the Shell parking lot. I was in process of calling my dad for assistance when a gentleman came over and told me to pop my hood. I did and Cody proceeded to inspect under my hood. He was getting gas and had seen me pull in. Cody figured out my issue and called the AutoZone where he worked to see if they had the parts. He proceeded to drive to AutoZone, got the parts, and worked on my car till it was able to get me home. This took around 45 minutes to an hour and he also had his family with him. Cody was a godsend and his family very patient. If this is the quality of employee that our AutoZone employs, I will continue to use their services in the future, and sing their praises to friends and family.

Robert and all the guys that were working with him were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We called ahead to let them know that we’re getting towed there (we were traveling from MI to VA) and they had the parts and most of the tools already set aside for us.
With the kind of vehicles we drive we’re used to visiting auto parts stores regularly and I’ve never had this quality of customer service before.

I stood there for 10 minutes while the staff talked and ignored me the ask me what I need I said need help finding a bolt he said u will have to look over there lol and pointed to a shelf horrible customer service

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. One gentleman, (cannot remember his name) went above and beyond in helping me with an AC problem. I highly recommend Bedford Auto Zone! BTW, If anyone needs to repair an AC line leak, the Dorman line splice is quick and easy. Does the trick!

I place an online order to be delivered to my house and if I ordered before 6 it would be delivered the same day, door dash was to deliver it, well door dash screwed it up and lied and said it was delivered when it wasn’t, I called the store, and I talked with Cody, He said that the door dasher had messed up and that he could drop off my order at my work after he got off at 9 on his way home. Which is what he did!!! He deserves a raise!!! He is awesome!!!!
