A nice little store. Getting expensive like most. Friendly people. Previously living in York I'm used to a large Giant with a Chinese takeout, wine and beer, great seafood, makeup and such and specialty items so getting used to small town stores. It's where I get my scripts filled and shop the majority of the time.

No empathy; no accommodation. You are not a person, you are just another prescription number. If you are in pain, and need a prescription filled urgently, ask your doctor to send it elsewhere.

Technician acted like she didn't want to be there. I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a costumer.

For what it's worth, this place serves the purpose of a grocery store in the area. Even with it being on the smaller side. I sometimes forget how far of a reach Giant Eagle has.First thing to mention here is that the parking lot is atrocious. It is hard to navigate, especially if you do not frequent shopping here. I didn't understand the layout and feel like the whole thing can be reworked to better fit more vehicles in it. However, if you do not want to fight for a spot in the lot you can park on the street. There are not many spots, but it would make a quick stop here much less of a headache.Inside, it feels cramped. Like there is a lot of stuff here, but it also feels like it is missing something. I didn't do too much shopping here, I really only came in to pick over the gift cards. That is when I finally found them.I have been accustomed to the stores that has all their gift cards on an endcap. But not this location. You have to be very aware of your surroundings here, because all of their gift cards are scattered about the store, but most notably they have small wire racks near the front. With that, this location doesn't offer all that great of a selection of gift cards.

Just had a horrible experience at this food store. Come from out of town to take my elderly mother to shop for couple groceries. Everyone that works there just looks "pissed off"...awful customer service and the cashier as loud and rude and I swear I smelled alcohol on her ! I will never take my mother in there again!! Weis market is couple miles away worth the drive.

In Bedford, this is basically the only option. They have everything you need and the staff are friendly.

This is in regards to the pharmacy. Apparently if your doctor calls in a prescription for you, you have to call and let them know that you need it. Otherwise when you go to pick it up you either have to wait for them to fill it or come back the next day. I thought my doctor calling the prescription in would be the first clue that I need it. ??

I would like to thank the management and staff of the Bedford PA store for enforcing mask wearing. This is an important point in deciding where to spend my grocery dollars. The Bedford Giant Eagle market shows it cares about the welfare of customers, staff, and community by enforcing the mask wearing policy. Thank you! You have my allegiance now and after the pandemic.

The prices at our local Giant Eagle are just so much more than at other stores . It is actually much cheaper to make the drive to Altoona and go to Aldi. I was in there the other day and they wanted $3.99 for a bag of Chex mix. And it wasn’t even a huge bag. This is the same bag that I regularly only paid two dollars for at the IGA in Everett. I want to shop locally, but the prices do not make it possible for me.

There prices seems to alaways be so much lower then in Roaring Spring. And the pharmacy is pretty small and some times you have more then a 30/40 min wait for your scriot but there pharmacey emploies are nice and work with you.
