This has to be the worst goodwill I’ve ever been to with regards to their pricing. 30 dollars for a used flannel? 60 dollars for a beat up, untested playstation 2 with no AV cords? Absolutely ridiculous. Store is full of stuff, which isn’t surprising as I can’t imagine they’re selling very much at these prices…

I love goodwill but I bought 4 pairs of heels 2 days ago for my granddaughter none fit I have the receit and they wont give me a credit or let me take them back...

I bought a purse for the bargain price of $19.99. Bear in mind that someone donated that purse. I was giving this purse to someone else who didn’t want it so I tried to return it the very next day. I was not aware that they have a no return policy. It wasn’t like I wore it next to my body or waited a week to return it. I tried to get store credit but the manager refused. I left the purse on the floor and left. I don’t get that no return policy. I don’t expect to go shopping there for quite sometime.I highly recommend St John’s.

This is my favorite Goodwill within the area for me. I can always find something here and it’s usually still in perfect shape. They’re always well stocked up. Good prices too.

The small store is completely jammed packed with merchandise, probably because a lot of it is way overpriced. It's disappointing, considering the county and area the store is located in is economically depressed.

I am Elena. I am from Bedford County, PA. My first language is Russian. I and my friend love to visit the retail store in Bedford PA Goodwill. I find that clothes store has nice and convenient things. But yesterday I and my friend got awful experience. One of these stor workers, one of the oldest ladies, has misconduct towards me and my friend. It was discriminating yelling, and no patient points towards us. That lady reminded me of an old schol racist person. I hope so that Goodwill corporate pay attention for my comments instead delit it.
