I was out of state 15 minutes after. Dot Made the phone call. They were there friendly, reliable, safe was my experience with the driver I am the owner of Rock and son cargo towing and transport. Out of Connecticut, New York and Florida.They also made me comfortable until the stores open in the morning in their lobby was nice and warm. Appreciate it. They also told me what was wrong with my Chevy suburban and help me get to the next step of getting back home to my son. Great company👌🙏🗽

Got stranded on the interstate and Interstate Emergency Services Inc responded quickly and professionally. They towed me safely off the highway to their shop and went above and beyond to help me out.
The staff was respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting the situation handled, not just rushing through a job. When you’re stuck on the road, that level of service matters.
If you need reliable emergency roadside or towing service, I highly recommend them.

Had the unfortunate experience of breaking down on the turnpike during poor weather today :( we were connected to interstate emergency services through *11 and AAA. Our tow truck driver was super prompt and towed us a good 2.5 hours home to Pittsburgh. It was a pleasant drive in an unfortunate situation. Thank you so much Nick! I hope to never break down on the turnpike again, but will drive that stretch a little easier knowing I can count on this team for fair prices and pleasant interactions

They charged me $95 to change a tire on a trailer. It's a regular 16-inch tire, like on a car. Not $25. Not $50 (and that would be too much. A tire change on a Semi-Truck costs $40 tops), but a little over $95. If I'd known the price in advance, I would have driven another 100 miles to a truck stop somewhere. They look you in the eye, they're ashamed, but they're taking your money. Find out the price in advance, or better yet, don't come. I don't understand people like that. We live in the future and like each other here. This comment will cost you hundreds of times more than the extra $60 you charged me. Stupid

Charged us over $300 to come over and tell us the air dryer is leaking. We asked to bypass it as we paid for the labor and they refuse it, they refuse to provide labor we requested. They wanted us to call their towing and pay big money for tow. They didn't try to help, just money in their mind. Don't spend your money.

AMAZING SERVICE! Amy was so kinds and efficient and made a very sad situation so much better. We were about 250 miles from home and another 150 to our destination when my engine went . Amy took my AAA info and got the ball rolling for us! Within 30 minutes they had our TROOPER of a driver Keyan got us to a shop as close to our destination as possible! A whopping 3 hour drive! I cannot thank them enough and if I am ever stranded in Bedford county again they will be the first people I call!

Both eager and prompt to help following an abrupt blown tire on the turnpike. They happily picked up the phone and were able to bring out tools we needed within a half an hour on a random Sunday afternoon.

I missed my charge station on the PA turnpike
Had to pull off before my car died. I called in and they sent Scott out. What a cool guy he took care of me and was a great time to be around. If I get stuck around here again I’ll be giving Scott a second call

I am so thankful for the team at IES. They provided very fast service. My daughter was transported to a safe place by a very kind gentleman. They fixed her car (no gouging!!) and she was where she needed to be that evening.
