“Gary was so accommodating and flexible. I needed a queen size mattress that I could take home that day, that minute, and he showed me everything he had in inventory. When I expressed concern about whether or not the queen size box spring would fit up the stairs to my (very) old home, he said I could bring it back and exchange it for two of the twin box springs. Upon loading into my husband's hauling trailer, he used his own straps and said we could bring them back after we used them. We ended up coming back as the queen box spring didn't fit and left promptly with the two smaller box springs. He even stopped by later that evening to see if we were able to fit the queen size mattress up the stairs and around the corner! You just don't see customer service like that these days. We need another mattress and I know where we will be going!”
