Pet wash is so convenient and easy to use. We have a large dog & a medium sized dog and they can both easily get in and out of the tubs. "Last minute" warning did freak them out a bit, but otherwise, it was great And, yes, my little ham had to be in the photos

I just brought the dog over to give him a bath. I like the pull out ramp for dog to get up into sink. Soap was in the wash.... convenient and easy

I’ve been a customer here for years.Recently I was in the automatic wash and it stopped suddenly while the pre wash was being applied. I’m not able to use the manual bays, so I went to the other automatic wash next to the one that stopped and just bought another wash.I called the number on the receipt and I spoke to a representative of the car wash . She asked some details and was told I would get a callback. I received a call the next day. They had everything on camera and observed what happened. It seems I trailed off the path entering and the safety system shut it down to not have damage to my vehicle or wash equipment.I received a code for another wash.It was my fault, yet they didn’t treat me like it was my fault.It was unnerving to get stuck in the wash bay. I’ll be making sure I’m staying the course when entering…..Thanks for your kindness. Everything was on camera to see exactly what happened. No explanation was necessary. Thank you.

14 bucks for auto car wash that let's majority of the dirt on the vehicle not to mention it's a brand new washing system

Used the doggie wash! So easy and clean! My dog does not care much for baths and it's somewhat loud inside, but I just hook her up on the wash table and it takes about 5 minutes. Best part, I don't have to clean my bathroom afterward!
