I stopped at dollar general to purchase somethings. As always employees were kind and eager to help. The store has come so.far in just a few months. Thebmanager has a great staff right now. I went to my car and it wouldn't start. I went back in and asked for a number to get my car jumped. The sales associate Kelly an myself were not from the area, so we knew no one. She went above and beyond and stepped outside to help me jump my car. I have am so grateful for the community I live and work. Thank you again to Kelly.

They have staffing issues, they have too many people working then the next time they're only one or two people working. Corp, regional, store managers and everyone in between needs to get their head out of their butt and run a store right.

With the recent upgrades to the store I like going here more for food/odds and ends. I wish I could still go through the self checkout and I worry that I won't be able to use cash when I go there sometimes. It's gotten better for the most part. Also whoever is the super nice lady who sold me pokemon cards, she's really nice and a godsend.

The cashier was rude, extremely so. I’d spent an hour getting I needed to go camping and was so insulted and disrespected that I left it all there. The manager did absolutely nothing about it. Furthermore, the door is cluttered and dirty and there were hazards to customers everywhere. I should’ve gone to Walmart. I’d be at my campsite right now. I very rarely walk into a Dollar General, every time I do I have less reason to do it again.

Mr. Receding hairline at the Beech Creek store that didn't have a name tag on was blatantly rude whenever we were putting our phone # in for the digital coupons & just started scanning so afterwards we asked if we could put the # in since he didn't allow us too then started huffing & puffing like we were taking up his time. Buddy that is your job be patient & don't be rude to your customers because you are impatient.

Went in to buy eye drops. After I was rung up I had said to the cashier… wow pretty expensive for eye drops. Not knowing the used deodorant I had observed earlier was still sitting in the counter he had also rung up. Long story short paid for damaged or used deodorant. Called they can’t look back n straighten it out..My dumb*** didn’t get a receipt so my loss ?..

This is a nice convenience an a good place when you just need a few things an don't want to drive all the way down the road to town they have a good section of stuff the place is of good size a have just a bit of just about everything you can think or want or need good customer service they was friendly an helpful I had no problem finding things it was quick an easy plus it's cheap don't like to get kids toys from there tho cause they don't last long an are usually poorly made

the employees while working takes boxes of items on sale and puts them in break room or buys all the deals before the customers even know about them.. very unprofessional
